Head of Supply Chain – Czech Republic

Now we’re looking for a Head of Supply Chain CZ who will take full ownership of product availability, inventory performance, supplier reliability and automation — and lead our supply chain into its next stage of growth.

As Head of Supply Chain CZ, you own the performance across all fulfillment centers and categories. We expect you to be highly independent, tech-capable, and continuously looking to improve your own knowledge.

You will:

• Run the day-to-day operations: You will lead the morning calls, dive deep into the daily metrics, and own KPIs such as availability, stock health, shrink, and OTIF.

• Lead and build the team: Manage a small team of 8 people. You will guide and mentor them, but you are also close enough to the work to do it yourself when that is the fastest way to get things done.

• Analyze and report: You won't wait for others to hand you insights. You will build your own reporting, analyze the KPIs, and use raw data to make smarter, faster decisions.

• Drive efficiency and automation: Work actively with AI and modern tools to remove inefficiencies, automate ordering exceptions, and optimize how the function operates. You aren't just managing the process; you are rebuilding it to be better.

• Continuously learn: You don't need to know everything on day one, but you must work tirelessly to acquire new knowledge, understand the tech, and improve the company. We move fast, and you will need to adapt and grow just as quickly

We are not looking for decades of extensive senior leadership experience. We are looking for a sharp, driven professional who wants to build, optimize, and learn at lightning speed. You will balance strategy with hands-on execution.

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, retail, logistics, or operations. You have the foundational knowledge of ordering, inventory management, and KPIs—and the relentless drive to learn the rest. Understanding of fresh/chilled/dry supply chains is an advantage.

• A hands-on, builder mindset. You are as comfortable leading a team as you are diving into raw data to fix a broken process.

• Tech-capable and AI-curious. You are highly proficient with data and eager to use AI and modern tools to automate manual work. You want to use technology to actually solve problems, not just talk about them.

• Ownership and drive. You set baselines, take responsibility, hit deadlines, and proactively look for ways to improve yourself and your department. You believe "better done than perfect" beats waiting for the perfect slide deck.

• Languages: Fluent Czech/Slovak and advanced English (min B2, C1 preferred).
