Own change management and continuous improvement for a Berlin fulfillment center. Lead the project management office, manage the site’s project and program pipeline, track KPIs, coordinate stakeholders, optimize processes, support peak operations, and standardize best practices across teams. The role requires operational leadership in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain, strong project and stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving, communication, coaching, and flexibility to work shifts and weekends.

Oversee procure-to-pay accounting activities across the Rohlik Group and related entities. Responsibilities include processing vendor invoices and travel expenses, preparing accruals and journal vouchers, resolving open items, performing reconciliations, handling escalations, monitoring KPIs, and driving continuous process improvements. The role requires strong accounting experience, advanced English, and effective communication and organizational skills.

Own demand forecasting, replenishment, ordering, and inventory health for assigned categories and suppliers. Monitor supplier performance, SLA compliance, availability, shrink, lead times, and forecast accuracy. Collaborate with Category, Fulfillment Operations, and Finance teams to balance cost and product availability. Resolve supply and inventory issues, support automation, and improve ordering processes using data and business intelligence tools.
