Lead finance process automation across P2P, OTC, invoicing, payments and reconciliations. Map processes, identify automation opportunities, translate requirements into automation logic, test and monitor solutions, support implementation and adoption, and track impact on accuracy and efficiency.

Lead and develop the Delivery Service Partner network across the Czech Republic, owning strategy, budgets, capacity planning, recruitment, team leadership, partner relations, process transformation, and data-driven performance reporting to improve last-mile operations.
