Build and lead Rohlik’s Group Demand Planning and S&OP function across five countries. Own the daily demand forecast, establish governance and S&OP cadence, recruit the planning team, and partner with BI, Product, and Engineering to automate forecasting and planning workflows. Deliver executive briefings, align commercial, operational, and financial plans, and improve forecast accuracy across 12 fulfilment centres and 25,000 SKUs.
