Create curricula, guides, job aids, and assessments; conduct needs analyses; coordinate logistics; deliver train-the-trainer and workshops; evaluate effectiveness and align with change management to support adoption.

Install, configure, and maintain IBM mainframe OS and ISV products on z/OS; perform SMP/E installs, apply PTFs/APARs, manage DASD/SMS/DFSMS, IPLs and dump analysis; troubleshoot, document configurations, collaborate with teams and vendors, and participate in on-call/after-hours support.

Design, implement, and maintain healthcare data integration and interoperability solutions. Develop Lambdas, real-time Kinesis pipelines, Salesforce integrations and LWCs for AI coaching, configure Lex bots, implement IaC, and follow DevSecOps and compliance practices to ensure secure, monitored, and reproducible deployments.

Operate and maintain an AWS GovCloud (IL4) environment for an AI Contact Center: manage IAM, monitor performance and logs, enforce FedRAMP/STIG compliance, provision environments with IaC, coordinate maintenance via ServiceNow, ensure backups and ≥99.9% uptime for AI services, support incident response and on-call rotations, and produce runbooks and compliance evidence.
