Lead organizational change management for a federal healthcare modernization program: develop OCM strategies, stakeholder engagement and communication plans, conduct readiness and impact assessments, facilitate executive and stakeholder sessions, monitor adoption metrics, mitigate resistance, and support deployment and go-live readiness to ensure successful technology adoption.

Support data ingestion, cleaning, transformation, and wrangling. Analyze datasets to surface insights, produce basic visualizations, help develop and test data models and pipelines, and maintain project documentation and workflows for analytics solutions.
