Lead organizational change management for a federal healthcare modernization program: develop OCM strategies, stakeholder engagement and communication plans, conduct readiness and impact assessments, facilitate executive and stakeholder sessions, monitor adoption metrics, mitigate resistance, and support deployment and go-live readiness to ensure successful technology adoption.

Support data ingestion, cleaning, transformation, and wrangling. Analyze datasets to surface insights, produce basic visualizations, help develop and test data models and pipelines, and maintain project documentation and workflows for analytics solutions.

Validate integrations across AWS (serverless, streaming, Bedrock), Amazon Connect/Contact Lens, Salesforce (LWC, Platform Events, APIs) and Verint in a FedRAMP High environment. Execute integration, regression, end-to-end, and UAT testing; develop test plans and automated scripts; validate monitoring, security controls, CI/CD deployments, and CloudFormation/CDK infrastructure; document and track defects to resolution.
