Provides L2/L3 technical support, troubleshoots Linux and Unix environments, manages escalations, and tracks KPI/SLA performance. Creates runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and SOPs; supports SQL queries, procedures, optimization, scripting, and data management. Collaborates with developers and product managers to test and resolve issues, maintains support documentation, and communicates solutions clearly to clients. May work weekends or holidays during emergencies.

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end platform features. Build responsive React.js interfaces, scalable Node.js RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Maintain clean, reliable code and work with databases, asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, Git, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines.

Manages internal and external stakeholders, plans and executes complex projects, coordinates cross-functional teams, and oversees quality control and risk management. The role also handles reporting and documentation, prioritizes multiple projects, and supports delivery in a fast-paced environment using project management methodologies and tools such as MS Project and Jira.

Manage insurer relationships and coordinate insurance product customization, risk analysis, renewals, claims settlement, pipeline reporting, and regulatory compliance. Serve as the primary contact among insurance companies, internal sales teams, and distribution partners. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, negotiate commercial terms and SLAs, evaluate product performance, and ensure products and distribution activities comply with IRDAI guidelines.
