Provides L2/L3 technical support, troubleshoots Linux and Unix environments, manages escalations, and tracks KPI/SLA performance. Creates runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and SOPs; supports SQL queries, procedures, optimization, scripting, and data management. Collaborates with developers and product managers to test and resolve issues, maintains support documentation, and communicates solutions clearly to clients. May work weekends or holidays during emergencies.

Lead technical development by guiding engineers, overseeing projects, reviewing and contributing to code, mentoring junior developers, and communicating with stakeholders. Ensure adherence to coding and system design best practices, understand company architecture, and drive technical improvements. The role requires Ruby on Rails expertise, distributed systems knowledge, RESTful API development, and MySQL experience, with cloud and DevOps skills preferred.

Acquire strategically important enterprise accounts for Riskcovry’s B2B SaaS insurance platform. Build networks across banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and financial institutions; lead solution-based sales; prospect, negotiate, and close large-value deals. This individual contributor role requires engaging CXOs, managing multi-threaded conversations, collaborating cross-functionally with business, operations, and technology teams, and driving revenue through enterprise customer acquisition, with potential to build and manage a future team.
