Lead and manage a nationwide sales team for Dhakad Matrimony to achieve revenue targets, optimize sales processes, assign and monitor leads, drive productivity and renewals, maintain vendor relationships, produce accurate sales reporting, and motivate executives to reduce attrition and increase conversions.

Develop and optimize web and app content to improve search rankings and ROI. Perform on-page/off-page SEO, keyword and competitor analysis, ASO, social and email/SMS marketing, paid ad campaigns, analytics reporting, and manage projects, clients, and teams.

Lead sales to meet/exceed annual targets by developing and executing growth strategies, building long-term customer relationships, understanding market trends, creating proposals and presentations, and managing the sales process from planning to close.

Drive new business by prospecting and cold calling, negotiate and close deals, handle objections and customer complaints, collaborate with the team to meet targets, and manage channel sales relationships. Preference for event management or matrimonial product sales experience.
