Drive revenue growth across Top 1000 corporate accounts by acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding existing accounts. Supervise and coordinate EA, Logistics, and Business Administration teams to ensure efficient administrative, executive support, and logistics operations. Design, launch, and manage end-to-end Relational and Transactional NPS programs for B2B telco. Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback, create dashboards and SIPs with department heads, ensure closed-loop responses, and present CX health and recommendations to senior management to reduce friction and improve business KPIs.

Manage day-to-day client deliverables and relationships for a portfolio of business partners. Resolve queries, cross-sell services, onboard clients with Sales, create retention plans, liaise with internal teams, and use LinkedIn and Google Suite to support account growth and reporting.

Drive new business and revenue by identifying and qualifying leads, saturating assigned sites, and building client relationships. Lead and manage the safety team and daily field operations, conduct inspections and audits, investigate incidents and implement corrective actions, maintain compliance documentation, run OSHA-aligned training programs, optimize safety processes, and report safety metrics and risks to senior management while managing team performance and stakeholders.

Manage day-to-day client care for a portfolio of partners, resolve issues, drive retention and cross-sell services, coordinate onboarding with sales and internal teams, and develop long-term executive relationships.

Design and lead the company's ESG reporting framework, ensuring compliance with global standards, coordinating cross-functional data collection, delivering quarterly and annual reports, driving ISO 14001 certification, and advising executives and investors on ESG performance and risks.
