Design, launch, and manage end-to-end Relational and Transactional NPS programs for B2B telco. Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback, create dashboards and SIPs with department heads, ensure closed-loop responses, and present CX health and recommendations to senior management to reduce friction and improve business KPIs.
