Drives channel growth by acquiring, vetting, onboarding, and managing referral and reseller partners. Oversees accreditations, contracts, referrals, CRM tracking, partner communications, renewals, retention, and joint sales opportunities. Identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities, coordinates with account and sales acquisition teams, drafts invoices, and provides field feedback. Requires local travel within the assigned territory.

Lead network engineering for carrier-grade IP networks: design and review MOPs, resolve complex faults, provide expert BGP routing guidance, mentor engineers, manage complex projects, use network management tools, and support key accounts to ensure service performance and customer satisfaction.

Lead end-to-end procurement for a fast-growing telecom/infrastructure business: vendor strategy, sourcing, negotiation, contracting, supplier performance, procurement automation, risk mitigation, budget management, and team building for network and enterprise procurements.
