Provision, deploy, and troubleshoot ISP services (Dedicated/Shared Internet, Carrier Ethernet/L2). Respond to NOC/support queries, perform MTR/isolation tests, follow template configs, and join on-call/night/weekend rosters while assisting senior engineers.

Manage right-of-way acquisition including LGU negotiations, land title research, permits and agreements; coordinate with field engineering, contractors and government agencies; handle claims, reporting, and budget control for ROW activities.

Manage and grow business accounts by qualifying leads, closing deals, meeting sales targets, coordinating with Sales Support for contracts and reports, ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
