Sell and promote Richmond's premium portfolio to licensed on-trade customers across Limerick, Clare and Kerry. Build direct and indirect routes to market, execute promotions and visibility, achieve value and volume targets, manage credit, report competitor/industry activity, and maintain strong cross-team relationships.

Provide senior-level accounts support across sales, stock and non-stock purchase ledgers; credit control; reconciliations; monthly reports; invoice financing; supplier and intercompany transactions; support month-end and statutory accounts preparation within a small finance team for a 12-month maternity cover.

Develop and grow a premium product portfolio within the licensed on-trade channel across the Midlands and North West. Responsibilities include building customer and route-to-market relationships, achieving sales targets, executing promotions, monitoring competitors, managing customer credit, and collaborating with sales, telesales, brand, and marketing teams. The role requires strong negotiation, presentation, communication, commercial awareness, and customer relationship skills, plus a full clean driving licence.

Lead brand strategy and execution for the Spirits & Mixers portfolio in Ireland/Northern Ireland. Implement global brand guidelines locally, plan and evaluate brand and trade activations, manage budgets, track performance and reporting, support sales with insights and decks, manage agencies and events, coach two direct reports, identify growth opportunities and trends, and ensure campaigns drive consumer and trade engagement and volume targets.

Process sales and sample orders, liaise with logistics, sales and customers, handle customer queries and reporting, manage daily loading sheets and credit note documentation. Also perform front-of-house duties: reception, hospitality, meeting setup, office upkeep and event organization while supporting administrative tasks across the business.
