Provide luxury, relationship-driven trade sales and account management for RH Trade clientele. Qualify and consult with designers, support project development and installations, partner with Residential Trade Leader, coordinate cross-functional teams, meet fiscal goals, and maintain industry relevance. Deliver elevated service, showroom tours, site visits, and expertise in product and basic floor-plan interpretation.

Lead cross-functional gallery teams to create a luxury customer experience. Coach and develop staff, set strategy, ensure execution with attention to quality, support leadership initiatives, and manage floor and showroom operations.

Support gallery operations by processing shipments, ticketing and staging merchandise, organizing furniture movement, managing inventory, and ensuring client ship-outs within 24 hours while maintaining facility care and high service standards.

Insert foam cushions into sewn fabric or leather casings using a cushion fill machine or by hand to meet product and quality specifications. Read production tickets, multitask with minimal supervision, communicate with team members, and perform additional duties as needed. Must meet physical requirements including lifting up to 100 lbs.

Provide world-class guest service and manage gallery logistics: process and receive shipments, ensure client ship-outs within 24 hours, ticket and prepare merchandise, organize furniture movement and stockroom inventory, and maintain equipment and facilities while performing physical tasks up to 50 lbs.

Support gallery visual merchandising and brand experience by executing floor sets, training staff, maintaining inventory and visual standards, collaborating with leadership and partners to drive sales and elevate client experience.

Lead and coach gallery teams to create a luxury retail experience. Set strategy, ensure high-quality execution, support training and hiring, manage gallery floor operations, and drive results while modeling RH values.

Operate sewing machines to construct fabric and leather upholstery cushions to quality and production specifications. Read production tickets, perform basic machine maintenance, use hand tools, lift and move heavy furniture, and follow safety and attendance expectations.

Apply seating platforms and tie springs to upholstered furniture frames using the 8-way hand-tie method. Use hand tools (staple gun, mallets, hammers) to attach webbing, edge roll, and other materials to meet quality and product specifications. Follow production tickets, maintain communication with team, multitask with minimal supervision, and meet attendance and physical lifting requirements.
