Lead sales and business development for RH Contract across hospitality, commercial, and residential projects. Build client relationships, grow revenue and margins, qualify opportunities, deliver tailored presentations, manage forecasts, and collaborate with design, project management, sourcing, and logistics teams to ensure successful project delivery. The role is field-based, client-facing, and requires regular travel and industry event participation.

Build and grow RH’s interior design trade business by qualifying and educating design clients, conducting consultations and site visits, assisting with design development, coordinating services and installations, and providing expert product knowledge and elevated luxury service. The role also represents the RH brand, supports gallery visual and quality standards, and requires local or out-of-state travel and showroom physical activity.

Leads end-to-end communications for customer-facing teams, translating complex product, pricing, availability, and operational information into clear, actionable messaging. Manages communications calendars, research, drafting, approvals, publication, documentation, and follow-up. Partners cross-functionally with merchandising, product, planning, operations, and field teams; develops FAQs, guides, announcements, and selling tools; monitors feedback; and improves communication processes and resources.
