Curate and maintain luxury home furnishings gallery displays, execute merchandise floor sets, uphold visual standards, support inventory integrity, and train gallery teams on planograms, signage, product care, and gallery maintenance. The role partners with leadership and corporate teams to deliver RH’s creative vision, elevate the client experience, and drive sales while representing the brand’s refined aesthetic.

Lead interior design projects from client consultation through installation, coordinating design development, site assessments, presentations, vendors, procurement, logistics, documentation, scope changes, schedules, and stakeholder communications. The role delivers luxury client experiences while managing cross-functional teams and outsourced partners. It requires at least three years of project management experience in interior design or architecture, proficiency with business productivity tools, and domestic travel of up to 25%.

Leads and develops Gallery associates across business functions, drives sales and expense control, recruits and retains talent, represents the RH luxury brand, communicates design and product knowledge, addresses HR concerns, analyzes business performance, and oversees loss prevention, security, cash controls, inventory, audits, and operational initiatives.
