Leads hospitality service and operations in a high-volume restaurant environment. Responsibilities include developing and scheduling team members, supporting recruitment and onboarding, maintaining service, safety, and sanitation standards, monitoring labor and food costs, managing inventory, improving revenue performance, supporting guest experiences, and assuming full leadership responsibility when the Hospitality Leader is absent.

Prepares iron furniture and architectural components for finishing by inspecting, cleaning, sanding, grinding, wire brushing, texturing, rust treating, priming, sealing, and masking surfaces. Collaborates with finishers to ensure quality surface readiness and maintains safe workshop practices. The role requires detailed craftsmanship, tool proficiency, knowledge of metal preparation and patina techniques, and the ability to handle components weighing up to 75 pounds.
