Manage enterprise customer accounts as a trusted strategic advisor, driving retention, upselling, cross-selling, revenue growth, and quota attainment. Develop account plans, negotiate complex contracts, conduct business reviews, forecast performance, resolve escalations, and maintain executive relationships. Analyze and clean relational database data using SQL, build and maintain Power BI dashboards, and perform operational and ad hoc analyses. The role uses advanced Excel for data manipulation, validates reporting accuracy, tracks KPIs and usage trends, and collaborates with team members to translate business needs into data solutions.

Own and maintain the company’s telephony platform and Linux systems. Responsibilities include managing Asterisk and FreeSWITCH, authoring and debugging dial plans, analyzing SIP and RTP issues, provisioning and securing servers, troubleshooting performance and networking problems, and supporting backups and recovery. The role will progressively expand into cloud infrastructure, Bash or Python automation, monitoring, containers, and CI/CD, with mentorship provided.

Execute manual and automated testing for voicebots and chatbots, including functional, usability, performance, regression, and live-bot quality checks. Design test cases, plans, scripts, and documentation; report defects through ticketing platforms; collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements and acceptance criteria; support test planning and estimation; and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.

Design, deploy, manage, monitor, and optimize secure Azure cloud infrastructure. Automate cloud operations and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform, collaborate with development teams, troubleshoot incidents through root cause analysis, and maintain security, compliance, availability, performance, and cost efficiency.

Lead customer onboarding and adoption of AI solutions, manage client relationships, provide training and support, monitor usage metrics, resolve issues, collect feedback, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams. Prepare customer success reports and deliver actionable insights to improve product effectiveness, satisfaction, and retention.

Analyze complex datasets, identify trends, clean and maintain data systems, develop databases and analytics strategies, produce reports, and present findings. The role partners with management to prioritize business needs and identify process improvement opportunities. Responsibilities require strong SQL, data modeling, database design, data mining, segmentation, reporting, and analytical skills.

Monitor operational metrics, analyze workflows, troubleshoot process issues, prepare production reports, and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and support operational excellence.
