Identify and qualify enterprise sales opportunities, build pipelines, manage CXO relationships, demonstrate solutions, prepare proposals, support deal closure, provide post-sales support, and deliver accurate forecasts. Collaborate with Marketing and Product while tracking industry and competitor trends. The role focuses on consultative B2B/SaaS selling across large enterprise accounts and assigned markets.

Performs automated and business quality-control tasks, validates vernacular script translations, evaluates speech analytics accuracy, creates UAT and flow-based test cases, and trains AI systems to improve bot call performance. The role requires English and Bengali proficiency, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to solve problems and support ongoing projects.

Lead customer onboarding and adoption of AI solutions, build trusted client relationships, provide training and support, monitor usage metrics, resolve issues, collect feedback, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams. Prepare customer success reports and deliver actionable insights that improve product effectiveness, satisfaction, and retention.
