Execute paid social and affiliate marketing strategies to hit KPIs; analyze channel performance and A/B test creative and bids; create audiences from 1st/3rd-party data; manage Instagram Shop and direct checkout; onboard and manage affiliates; procure/modify ad assets; implement marketing pixels and product feeds; produce campaign performance reports and recommendations.

Design and develop apparel from concept through production for owned brands. Create moodboards, technical flats, tech packs, CADs, BOMs, source materials, attend fittings, collaborate with tech designers and product development, train assistants, and meet monthly delivery goals while designing within cost and brand identity.

Support the Quality Assurance dry-cleaning function: pick, sort, scan and inspect inventory; check items in/out for dry cleaning; identify apparel flaws; perform in-house mending/restoration; receive and approve incoming dry cleaning; assist with liquidation and other departmental tasks as needed.

Support the Operations Manager by managing back-of-house inventory, stock levels, and logistics; partner with the warehouse; coach and train store staff on inventory accuracy, loss prevention, visual merchandising, and customer interactions; maintain facility presentation and assist customers as needed.

Manage product development for Activewear and Swim across multiple brands from concept through production. Own fabric R&D, lead WIPs and costing, negotiate target costs, allocate production to vendors, travel to overseas factories, mentor junior staff, and drive process and quality improvements while coordinating cross-functional teams to meet tight calendars and margins.

Provide first-level hardware, software, and network support to end-users; log and manage incidents in the ITSM system; perform routine maintenance, updates, backups, and security patches; assist with device setup and printer support; create documentation and knowledge-base articles; escalate complex issues and deliver high-quality customer service.

Support planning, coordination, and execution of REVOLVE and FWRD events. Provide administrative and logistical support including vendor coordination, timelines, inventory, onsite setup/strike, guest experience, expense tracking, and cross-functional communication to deliver seamless brand experiences.

Perform month-end close activities including journal entries, GL reconciliations, inventory and accrual analyses, expense trending, contract accounting review, audit support, and documentation of policies and workflows. Partner with business stakeholders to integrate financial systems and support special projects.

Support the Fabric R&D team with administrative and operational tasks: maintain WIP fabric data, input fabric details into PLM, track and order sample yardage, organize the physical fabric library and binders, take/upload fabric photos, assist cross-functional buy meeting prep, and manage sourcing packages.

Inspect apparel, shoes, accessories and beauty merchandise to identify defects, determine optimal defect recovery (return, restore, sellable, other), negotiate credits or replacements with vendors, communicate defect issues, and assist other department areas as needed to minimize monetary loss.

Create and publish 70+ accurate product descriptions daily using copy team SOPs. Support ad-hoc copy tasks, perform site audits for accuracy, collaborate with team, and manage product data in Excel/Google Sheets, with overtime during peak periods as needed.

The Fabric R&D Associate manages fabric allocations, oversees development processes, negotiates costs, and ensures communication across departments while maintaining quality and costs.

The Sr. Associate Product Developer collaborates with teams to manage garment production, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery through effective communication and organization.

The Operations Associate supports the Operations Manager, managing stock levels, facilitating customer interactions, training staff, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining store presentation.
