Support technical design for owned apparel brands by evaluating specs and samples, documenting fit and construction corrections, and communicating precise pattern and style changes to overseas vendors. Collaborate with design, product development, tech, and purchasing to ensure quality, fit, and on-time delivery. Maintain meticulous notes, process fit comments promptly, meet calendar deadlines, and complete ad hoc assignments. Use Photoshop/Illustrator for pattern corrections and lead or train direct reports as needed.

Support apparel product lifecycle from concept through production: communicate with vendors, track samples and approvals, prepare tech packs and cost sheets, maintain product data, attend fittings, assist cross-functionally with buying and tech teams, and conduct basic trend research to meet aesthetic, quality, and cost goals.

Support the Fabric R&D team with data entry into Product Console, prepare fabric info sheets and swatches, organize and maintain the physical fabric library, assist vendor communication, photograph and upload fabric hangers, label binders, price hangers, handle incoming fabric, and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks.
