Perform month-end close activities including journal entries, GL reconciliations, inventory and accrual analyses, expense trending, contract accounting review, audit support, and documentation of policies and workflows. Partner with business stakeholders to integrate financial systems and support special projects.

Support the Fabric R&D team with administrative and operational tasks: maintain WIP fabric data, input fabric details into PLM, track and order sample yardage, organize the physical fabric library and binders, take/upload fabric photos, assist cross-functional buy meeting prep, and manage sourcing packages.

Inspect apparel, shoes, accessories and beauty merchandise to identify defects, determine optimal defect recovery (return, restore, sellable, other), negotiate credits or replacements with vendors, communicate defect issues, and assist other department areas as needed to minimize monetary loss.
