Provides elevated in-store customer experiences, represents the REVOLVE and FWRD brands, meets sales KPIs, builds client relationships, offers styling guidance, and supports merchandising and sales-floor operations. The role includes stocking, order fulfillment, re-merchandising, light cleaning, and maintaining a customer-ready store. Requires fashion knowledge, prior retail experience, strong communication, flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional extended hours, plus the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Leads outbound warehouse operations by prioritizing picking, packing, and shipping tasks according to pickup schedules. Trains employees, monitors attendance and productivity, resolves processing exceptions, orders supplies, tests process improvements, evaluates performance, and prepares daily reports. The role requires warehouse leadership experience, computer proficiency, WMS experience, and Spanish-English bilingual ability.

The Senior Accountant manages month-end close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, trend and budget-to-actual analyses, inventory accounting, accruals, and financial statement support. The role investigates variances, assists with statutory and external audits, reviews transactions for proper accounting treatment, documents procedures, and supports process improvements and automation using AI tools or Alteryx. Success requires strong accounting, analytical, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
