Lead end-to-end SaaS software implementation projects for retail/CPG clients, owning project plans, profitability, stakeholder communications, scope/change control, risk escalation, workshops, and ensuring customers realize measurable value.

Provide end-to-end People Operations support for the Nordics: onboarding to offboarding, HR data management in Workday, payroll input coordination with external vendor, policy and guide writing, handling employee escalations, and partnering with country leads to support benefits, compensation, time-off and other people processes.

Sell the RELEX platform to CPG, wholesale/distributor, and retail customers ($100M-$1B), manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close, present value to C-levels, negotiate contracts, maintain Salesforce pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to drive expansion and customer satisfaction.

Lead Salesforce Sales Cloud improvements by translating stakeholder needs into Salesforce implementations, managing development projects, ensuring data/process governance, deploying solutions, and collaborating with Sales, Customer Operations, Finance and Product to optimize sales processes and data security.

Build and maintain marketing automations and AI-powered workflows using HubSpot, n8n/Make/Zapier and AI tools. Support HubSpot operations, ensure correct data flow between HubSpot, Salesforce and Snowflake, document solutions, troubleshoot, and enable the marketing team to adopt automations that save time and improve reporting.

Manage strategic, executive-level customer relationships for RELEX's retail and supply-chain platform. Monitor KPIs, identify development needs, and propose process and software solutions. Drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities, influence governance, and support customers in demand planning, inventory management and store operations improvements to increase sales and reduce costs.
