Manages and grows strategic enterprise accounts for supply chain SaaS solutions across North America. Responsibilities include developing account strategies, building executive relationships, identifying revenue opportunities, growing pipelines, closing complex deals, forecasting sales, articulating business value, and coordinating with internal teams to support client success. Requires enterprise software sales experience, preferably in supply chain, ERP, BI, or retail-oriented industries.

Qualify inbound leads, engage prospects by phone and email, generate demand for events, research target accounts, identify sales opportunities, and schedule qualified prospects with Account Executives. Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams while preparing prospect-facing meetings and developing expertise in supply chain software.

Provides bilingual English/Spanish PMO support across Jira, OpenAir, and Smartsheet. Responsibilities include project setup, access and workflow administration, data synchronization, lifecycle support, ticket routing, stakeholder assistance, process documentation, and automation improvements. The role serves as the primary support interface for global delivery teams, coordinates cross-functional issue resolution, maintains system integrity, and supports Spanish-speaking teams across Latin America and Spain.
