Own end-to-end recruiting for global Technology and Product teams, including sourcing, candidate attraction, hiring manager coaching, assessment design, offer closing, and talent-market insights. Build proactive pipelines for senior and niche roles, use funnel data to guide decisions, and design AI-native recruiting workflows. Lead broader talent acquisition initiatives such as assessment frameworks, interview standards, and AI process adoption across the organization.

Serve as a senior Workday subject-matter expert to configure, optimize and support Workday across a global, post-go-live environment. Troubleshoot complex issues, assess cross-module impacts, develop HR processes, create reports and dashboards, partner with AMS and stakeholders, and drive enhancement initiatives from idea to implementation to improve employee experience and scalability.

Leads People Operations across EMEA, overseeing payroll, benefits, HRIS, vendors, budgets, compliance, employee relations, works councils, and regional teams. Aligns local delivery with global HR strategy, manages complex employee cases, supports salary reviews, drives engagement and change initiatives, and improves processes through automation and AI-enabled tools. The role requires strong stakeholder management across multiple European jurisdictions, with German Works Council and employment law experience strongly preferred.
