Serve as a strategic HR business partner for North America, advising leaders on organizational design, employee relations, talent planning, change management, HR analytics (Workday/HRIS), and people operations to align people strategies with business goals.

Lead field and event marketing across EMEA with a focus on DACH: plan and execute trade shows, custom and co-marketing events, and integrated digital campaigns; align with sales and ABM to drive SQLs and pipeline; track event ROI and optimize lead qualification; manage vendors, budgets, and regional event calendars.

Partner with Americas sales leaders to deliver onboarding, training, workshops, and coaching; maintain Highspot; drive adoption of sales tools and methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Salesforce); analyze enablement metrics; localize global programs and share regional best practices.
