Lead end-to-end AI deployments and POCs for grocery retailers, working with sales and engineers to deliver production ML solutions (forecasting, optimization) that achieve measurable ROI and convert pilots to long-term partnerships.

Manage strategic, executive-level customer relationships for RELEX's retail and supply-chain platform. Monitor KPIs, identify development needs, and propose process and software solutions. Drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities, influence governance, and support customers in demand planning, inventory management and store operations improvements to increase sales and reduce costs.
