Lead firmware development and system architecture for consumer electronic tools. Integrate sensors, displays, and microcontrollers from prototype to mass production. Design circuits, explore new technologies, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional hardware teams to ship high-volume products.

Support operations, marketing, and administrative tasks across the company. Maintain detailed project tracking, manage outreach to influencers/trade schools and construction stakeholders, drive follow-ups, assist with social media content creation, oversee day-to-day office operations, provide leadership support, and use AI-based tools to automate workflows and repetitive tasks.

Design, develop, and ship software across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. Collaborate with engineering and design to take 0-to-1 projects from ideation to deployment, ensure application performance and scalability, build internal CI/CD tooling, research tech stacks, and develop/integrate APIs for connected construction products.

Create, shoot, edit, and post short-form, trend-driven videos across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. Arrange on-site shoots with construction crews in the greater Boston area, appear on camera, and manage audience engagement, comments, and messages. Work autonomously to develop viral, provocative content and collaborate with external partners.
