Own supplier coordination, BOM management, material planning, manufacturing readiness, and program dependencies across hardware programs. Design, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot automated test equipment, production fixtures, programming stations, sensor systems, and custom manufacturing hardware. Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, firmware, software, contract manufacturing, and supply-chain teams to resolve sourcing risks, engineering changes, production issues, and automation challenges from prototype through volume manufacturing.

Designs multilayer PCBs, sensor electronics, power and motor-control circuits, and custom factory automation systems. Builds automated test fixtures, integrates sensors and actuators, develops C/C++ firmware and Python diagnostics, sources components, and troubleshoots complex hardware issues on production lines. Performs signal integrity, EMC/EMI, fault-path, stress testing, rapid prototyping, and production-line debugging using laboratory instruments.

Support operations, marketing, and administrative tasks across the company. Maintain detailed project tracking, manage outreach to influencers/trade schools and construction stakeholders, drive follow-ups, assist with social media content creation, oversee day-to-day office operations, provide leadership support, and use AI-based tools to automate workflows and repetitive tasks.
