Lead RedotPay's country operations and growth: ensure regulatory compliance and licensing, build and manage bank/payment partnerships, drive user acquisition and revenue, execute local GTM strategies, and coordinate with Legal, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Support and perform compliance and AML/KYC audits, evaluate internal controls, identify control gaps, and recommend risk-based remediation. Develop and iterate core card payment backend systems, integrate with major card processors and gateways, build scalable high-availability services, and collaborate with product teams on features like installments and pre-authorization.

Lead product planning and execution for a multi-currency payments and account platform: design reusable product architecture, unify user payment asset management, build checkout/fund-source capabilities, define capability matrices and onboarding standards, coordinate across business and tech teams, and improve payment success, conversion, and platform reuse.

Lead end-to-end product strategy and delivery for virtual and physical card products. Manage integrations with card schemes and vendors, define product requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor performance metrics, and iterate features to drive acquisition, transactions, compliance, and global expansion.

Monitor cross-border payment transactions, analyze data to detect anomalies and risks, coordinate with payment providers to resolve issues, plan region-specific growth campaigns and incentives to increase TPV, and manage channel onboarding, compliance reviews, and integration paperwork.

Lead end-to-end P2P (C2C/fiat on-ramp) product: strategy, roadmap, UX, escrow/matching/dispute flows, merchant onboarding and incentives, localization, compliance, and data-driven optimization to grow liquidity and trading volume.

Perform end-to-end reviews of business, finance and operational processes; conduct walkthroughs, sample testing and control assessments; identify risks and control gaps; produce flowcharts, RCMs and control documentation; support audits, regulatory reviews and US IPO readiness; help develop the internal control framework referencing COSO/ICFR.

Lead user lifecycle strategy and in-app campaign planning to drive activation, retention, and win-back. Own loyalty points design, optimize issuance/redemption, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and iterate using data-driven reviews with analytics and engineering teams.

Participate in functional, UI, stability, performance, and security testing of core FinTech modules. Write and execute test cases, log and track bugs, support weekly agile iterations, assist compliance and risk audits under mentorship, use test data generation tools, and maintain/execute API and UI automated test scripts while analyzing code coverage and testing blind spots.

Assist senior engineers building and testing backend financial modules (payments, lending, wealth, accounts). Learn high-concurrency, high-availability architecture, write code and docs, perform basic maintenance, and participate in AI+Finance pilot projects (AI-assisted programming, intelligent risk control). Collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver assigned tasks.

Perform financial due diligence, build and stress-test 3-statement, DCF and LBO models, identify risks/opportunities, prepare diligence reports and data rooms, collaborate with legal/compliance/tech, and support post-acquisition integration.

Provide legal support for venture and corporate transactions in a crypto fintech: structure and negotiate deals, conduct due diligence, manage cross-border closing mechanics, maintain transaction documentation, build templates and playbooks, and work with finance, product, and business teams on post-closing integration and regulatory handovers.

Lead product design and roadmap for a treasury clearing & settlement platform handling multi-currency funds, FX and treasury management. Drive solution design for account structures, billing, settlement, reconciliation, exceptions, risk monitoring, liquidity and hedging. Map and streamline business-finance workflows, produce PRDs, and lead cross-team project execution to improve automation, safety, and operational efficiency.

Intern will build risk control infrastructure: develop backend APIs and microservices, implement real-time streaming pipelines (Kafka/Flink), optimize rule execution, analyze fraud using SQL, create monitoring dashboards, and write unit/integration tests to protect against financial loss.

Analyze large-scale user and transaction data to build core business metric systems and dashboards, model LTV and acquisition funnels, run A/B tests, support risk-control and product optimization, collaborate on data warehouse design, and mentor junior analysts.

Own daily app operations and user growth: design lifecycle segmentation and activation strategies, run in‑app campaigns, optimize product funnels, manage content and traffic placement, produce data-driven business analyses, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive retention and conversion.

Lead partnership sourcing, negotiation, and onboarding with payment institutions, fintechs, and liquidity providers to expand fiat on/off-ramps and currency corridors. Support global payout and multi-currency wallet growth, enable crypto-backed loan liquidity, and work cross-functionally with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Product, and Treasury. Monitor market and regulatory changes and maintain institutional relationships.

Design and evolve the core payment platform architecture covering acquiring, routing, clearing, refunds, reconciliation and anti-fraud. Integrate banks/PSPs/card networks, build high-concurrency distributed microservices, ensure security/compliance (PCI-DSS, AML/KYC), enable multi-currency and cross-border flows, and partner with Product/Risk/Compliance to deliver resilient, observable, cloud-native payments at scale.
