Design and implement core treasury, FX, clearing/settlement, and reconciliation systems. Build high-availability, idempotent, and eventual-consistent microservices. Lead product planning and execution for a multi-currency payments and account platform: design reusable product architecture, unify user payment asset management, build checkout/fund-source capabilities, define capability matrices and onboarding standards, coordinate across business and tech teams, and improve payment success, conversion, and platform reuse.

Develop and iterate core card payment backend systems, integrate with major card processors and gateways, build scalable high-availability services, and collaborate with product teams on features like installments and pre-authorization.

Own end-to-end product design for an overseas stablecoin payment app and card platform. Define visual systems and design systems, produce high-fidelity UIs for iOS and Android, deliver production-ready Figma specs, optimize interactions and motion, and ensure global-ready layouts (multi-language, RTL). Collaborate with PMs, growth, and marketing to drive conversion and trust through polished visual craft.

Assess AML/AFC operational workflows to identify weaknesses, optimize and revise SOPs, improve and automate testing processes, establish quality metrics, and monitor industry/regulatory trends to recommend process improvements.

Own daily app operations and user growth: design lifecycle segmentation and activation strategies, run in‑app campaigns, optimize product funnels, manage content and traffic placement, produce data-driven business analyses, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive retention and conversion.

Monitor market and regulatory changes and maintain institutional relationships.

Participate in functional, UI, stability, performance, and security testing of core FinTech modules. Write and execute test cases, log and track bugs, support weekly agile iterations, assist compliance and risk audits under mentorship, use test data generation tools, and maintain/execute API and UI automated test scripts while analyzing code coverage and testing blind spots.
