Lead RedotPay's country operations and growth: ensure regulatory compliance and licensing, build and manage bank/payment partnerships, drive user acquisition and revenue, execute local GTM strategies, and coordinate with Legal, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Support and perform compliance and AML/KYC audits, evaluate internal controls, identify control gaps, and recommend risk-based remediation. Assist with audit planning, enterprise risk assessments, and track remediation, collaborating across Compliance, Risk, and business teams. Suitable for early-career candidates or interns interested in fintech/crypto compliance.

Monitor and analyze the full conversion funnel, detect anomalies, build user segmentation and churn prediction, evaluate marketing incrementality, create MySQL-backed dashboards, and build quantitative revenue contribution and sensitivity models to inform growth and payment operations.
