Lead Amazon advertising strategy and execution across Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and DSP. Own multi-million dollar budgets, measurement frameworks (AMC), team development, cross-functional alignment, and growth/optimization to drive revenue, ROAS, TACoS, and new-to-brand acquisition.

The SDR Leader is responsible for managing an outbound agency, directing campaigns, penetrating executive accounts, and collaborating with senior leadership to generate qualified sales leads for luxury brands.

The Director of Content and Demand Generation at Recom will build and manage a content function, execute marketing strategies, and generate demand through various channels for premium brands.

Lead strategy and execution for launching and scaling brand partners across Amazon International and emerging marketplaces. Drive marketplace selection, financial evaluation, assortment and catalog strategies, onboarding, inventory and seller operations, cross-functional coordination, KPI reporting, and process improvements to maximize growth and profitability.
