Senior Accountant responsible for monthly close and accounts payable across a multi-subsidiary e-commerce organization. Duties include preparing journal entries, performing bank and balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing financial statements, resolving discrepancies, processing invoices and payment runs, reconciling AP to the general ledger, maintaining vendor records, and supporting the Controller with analysis and reporting.

Owns the tax function for a multi-subsidiary e-commerce organization with U.S. and international operations. Responsibilities include federal, state, and international tax compliance, partnership taxation, K-1 oversight, income tax planning, withholding tax, international VAT, external advisor management, and tax strategy. The role serves as the primary tax advisor to accounting and finance leadership.

Leads Amazon advertising strategy, budget allocation, full-funnel campaign execution, performance measurement, and profitable growth across multiple brand accounts. Owns multi-million-dollar budgets, ROAS and TACoS targets, Amazon DSP and Sponsored Ads strategy, analytics frameworks, experimentation, cross-functional collaboration, and team development. Serves as the internal Amazon Advertising expert while mentoring marketing teams and improving customer acquisition, market share, and brand partner performance.

Manage and optimize Amazon paid search and DSP campaigns for brand partners. Responsibilities include campaign creation, keyword research, targeting, bidding, budget management, performance analysis, and ROI optimization. The role requires managing large advertising budgets, collaborating with creative and partner teams, and applying campaign insights to improve programmatic advertising strategies.

Operate and optimize Recom's outbound engine by managing the agency, building and refining email/LinkedIn/phone campaigns, and converting responses into qualified, booked meetings. Qualify leads to ICP, hand off meetings with full context, own performance metrics, and work closely with the CMO and executive team to improve targeting, message quality, and pipeline growth.

Support sales by providing Amazon marketplace technical expertise, analyze storefronts and listings, design custom growth strategies, present data-driven opportunities, address technical questions, and feedback product and leadership teams to drive partner growth.
