Lead Amazon advertising strategy and execution across Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and DSP. Own multi-million dollar budgets, measurement frameworks (AMC), team development, cross-functional alignment, and growth/optimization to drive revenue, ROAS, TACoS, and new-to-brand acquisition.

The Amazon Advertising Manager will create, manage, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns, focusing on paid search, DSP, and traffic generation to increase sales.

Operate and optimize Recom's outbound engine by managing the agency, building and refining email/LinkedIn/phone campaigns, and converting responses into qualified, booked meetings. Qualify leads to ICP, hand off meetings with full context, own performance metrics, and work closely with the CMO and executive team to improve targeting, message quality, and pipeline growth.
