Manage lender accreditation processes for new and existing brokers, including preparing, coordinating, submitting, and tracking documentation. Maintain accurate accreditation data and lender forms in CRM systems, respond to shared inboxes and calls, support broker onboarding, communicate process changes, and collaborate with lenders and internal teams to improve accreditation workflows.

Six-month maternity-cover Analytics Engineer contract responsible for building scalable data models, pipelines, and enterprise data views. The role focuses on data quality, validation, governance, warehousing, ETL, and stakeholder collaboration to support analytics, business intelligence, and self-service reporting. GCP, SQL, and dbt are essential, with ThoughtSpot advantageous. The hybrid role is based in Brisbane, Melbourne, or Sydney, with two office days per week.

Supports implementation of commercial finance strategy by enabling, coaching, and training brokers; promoting referral programs and technology solutions; recruiting commercial finance businesses; engaging lender partners; and advising brokers on commercial lending scenarios. The role builds stakeholder relationships, supports business diversification, facilitates professional development, and drives commercial finance capability growth across the broker network.

Lead a hands-on data engineering team while building and operating cloud data platforms, ingestion and orchestration systems, deployment paths, and machine learning and generative AI infrastructure. Set technical standards, ensure reliability and governance, manage technical debt and operational costs, develop engineers, conduct performance reviews, lead hiring, and oversee onboarding. The role spends approximately 80% of its time on engineering and 20% on people leadership.

Develop and maintain server-side logic using PHP and Craft CMS, support frontend integration, manage databases, and ensure application performance.

Lead requirements elicitation, process mapping, data migration, integration definition, vendor collaboration, UAT execution, and business readiness for a commission system replacement. Translate business needs into functional specs, validate vendor configurations, support testing and defect triage, and assist project reporting and training.

Grow Ray White Rural by recruiting and onboarding salespeople and businesses, building and managing industry relationships, training network members on systems and business practices, coaching principals on growth strategies, and conducting auctions. Provide systems training and relationship management to support network performance and regional expansion.

Train and upskill Ray White network on the One System applications via in-person office visits and webinars, develop quarterly territory plans, create training materials, report outcomes, and drive technology adoption aligned to sales processes.
