Train and upskill Ray White network on the One System applications via in-person office visits and webinars, develop quarterly territory plans, create training materials, report outcomes, and drive technology adoption aligned to sales processes.

Deliver face-to-face and virtual training to brokers and corporate teams on MyCRM and processes; run inductions, drive adoption, update materials, schedule and evaluate programs, consult with stakeholders to improve product use and training effectiveness across the state.

Lead and transform a distributed QA/QE team to own release quality and delivery processes. Own release coordination, observability and SDLC metrics, build unified dashboards, track cross-cutting remediation actions, mature performance testing, embed shift-left practices, and drive automation toward continuous delivery while acting as a data-driven conduit between engineering and business stakeholders.

Develop and maintain server-side logic using PHP and Craft CMS, support frontend integration, manage databases, and ensure application performance.
