Drive escalations to resolution, upskill the helpdesk, manage agent and office data transfers, perform data resyncs, oversee system administration (bulk SMS, database settings), and deliver bespoke reports to support offices and agents.

Write SEO-optimised website and blog content, develop case studies, source and pitch stories via broker outreach, interview stakeholders, turn data into clear narratives, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with digital marketing and SEO teams to grow organic traffic across AU and NZ sites.

Develop and maintain server-side logic using PHP and Craft CMS, support frontend integration, manage databases, and ensure application performance.
