Candidates need strong Python, SQL, statistics, machine learning, cloud, productionization, and stakeholder communication skills.

Supports commission payment processing, lender deposit reconciliation, journal allocation, and broker or referral partner inquiries. The role manages shared inboxes, investigates historical payments, processes adjustments, liaises with lenders, and provides first-line support to commissions officers.
