Provide frontline support, optimization, and oversight of the EHR (Epic or similar). Troubleshoot clinical workflows, manage user access, coordinate upgrades and downtime readiness, maintain Super User program, deliver training, escalate and track issues with vendors and leadership, and support reporting, governance, and process improvement to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.

The RN Float provides patient-centered nursing care across various outpatient services, ensuring safe operations and continuity of care. They collaborate with teams and apply evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.

Provide food service support including food preparation and portioning, tray assembly, dishwashing, cleaning, food storage, and sanitation. Follow dietary menus, safety and infection-control procedures, report hazards, maintain confidentiality and residents' rights, attend trainings, support teamwork, and meet physical demands of standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
