Lead cross-functional product development from concept through production by coordinating embedded, hardware, firmware, algorithms, software, suppliers, and factory operations. Define prototypes, select components, plan builds, embed with manufacturing to ensure producibility, establish production procedures, and maintain quality control for scalable sports-technology products.

Support end-to-end employee lifecycle (pre-onboarding, onboarding, offboarding), maintain HR records and documents, handle HR queries, improve HR processes and systems, assist talent acquisition (scheduling, screening, phone screens), plan culture events, and design L&D content while maintaining confidentiality and cross-regional collaboration.

Serve as primary customer contact for Japan and international markets, handling inbound cases across email/phone/chat. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues; own cases end-to-end, escalate when necessary, use Zendesk/Salesforce, collaborate with Engineering/Product/Sales, and contribute to knowledge base and process improvements to reduce support volume.

Own the early customer journey from pre-installation through initial onboarding and activation. Coordinate install readiness, run structured onboarding, monitor early usage, intervene for at-risk customers, align partners/installers, track activation metrics, and provide feedback to Product and Enablement to reduce early churn and scale activation processes.

Own sourcing for key electronic component categories, manage supplier performance, mitigate allocation and lead-time risks, validate BOM and ERP data, coordinate with Engineering/Planning during NPI, and drive procurement process improvements to ensure supply continuity for production.

Support the General Manager, North America on strategic initiatives: conduct market and competitive research, analyse commercial and financial performance, build business cases and executive presentations, coordinate cross-functional projects, evaluate growth opportunities, and leverage AI tools to accelerate research and analysis.

Serve as strategic partner to the GM and NA leadership team to build the commercial operating system, lead forecasting and planning, deliver executive reporting and analytics, align demand with supply, improve commercial processes and enablement, support multi-channel performance and product launch readiness, and drive cross-functional initiatives to improve commercial performance.

Manage North American fulfillment and 3PL relationships, oversee inbound logistics/customs, kitting, returns/refurbishment, and inventory visibility across channels. Ensure launch readiness, maintain operational trackers and dashboards, resolve fulfillment issues, and standardize processes to support scaling and cross-functional coordination.

Own and grow Rapsodo's Golf creator network and community presence. Source, onboard, activate, and retain creators across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and podcasts; run creator advisory sessions; manage campaign activations and content calendars; moderate and expand community channels (Discord, Reddit, Facebook Groups); track KPIs and surface creator/community insights to Product and Marketing.

Support engineering teams by developing automation and test tools, writing and maintaining unit tests, conducting lab and field testing, collecting and analyzing test data, reproducing issues, and documenting findings to improve product quality.

Lead mobile architecture for Kotlin Multiplatform projects: assess feasibility, define technical specifications, resolve cross-team dependencies, maintain architecture docs, ensure code quality, and drive long-term tooling and pattern improvements.

Design and maintain Unity architecture: assess feature feasibility and risks, produce technical specifications and ADRs, lead architecture decisions, manage cross-team dependencies, document systems, improve tooling/patterns, and ensure long-term code quality for hardware-integrated applications.

Develop and integrate device software across Linux BSP, drivers, middleware, and C++ applications. Debug and optimize multi-threaded, low-latency systems. Work cross-functionally with hardware, firmware, and algorithm teams to deliver reliable, production-ready embedded features with strong focus on accuracy and real-world performance.

Design and maintain scalable, secure software architecture for new and existing products. Produce design artifacts and API contracts, evaluate technologies, lead design and code reviews, mentor teams, and contribute hands-on code to validate architectural decisions.

Design intuitive, engaging UX/UI for consumer, gaming, and enterprise sports products. Create wireframes, interaction concepts, and high-fidelity screens in Figma; collaborate with international teams and engineers; test implemented designs and deliver work in an agile environment.

Design, build, and maintain Android and cross-platform mobile apps using Kotlin/KMP. Follow MVVM and modern patterns, use Coroutines and Jetpack libraries, improve architecture and performance, debug networking/concurrency/memory issues, and collaborate with designers, QA, and backend teams.

Own and operate the cloud data platform, maintain IaC, optimize warehouse cost/performance, build and maintain batch and real-time ingestion and transformation pipelines, operate BI platform, and design AI-powered applications and agents (RAG/LLM-backed). Partner with stakeholders, mentor teammates, document runbooks, and drive data platform reliability and security.

Design, implement, and optimize 3D vision and deep learning algorithms for real-time sports analytics. Develop CNNs and vision models, perform camera calibration and 3D reconstruction, and deploy/optimize models on embedded edge platforms using quantization and pruning. Architect scalable CV pipelines and APIs, collaborate cross-functionally to integrate solutions into product ecosystems.

Lead international ecommerce growth across marketplaces (Amazon, Coupang, Shopee, Rakuten). Own revenue, margin, pricing, and forecasts; build localized marketplace strategies, optimize listings and conversion, maintain account health and inventory alignment, and deliver cross-functional execution and reporting to drive profitable regional expansion.
