Responsibilities include prospecting, relationship building, on-site demonstrations, full-cycle sales, contract negotiation, installation coordination, post-installation support, CRM pipeline management, territory planning, event representation, and sharing customer and competitor insights with internal teams.

Conduct multibody dynamics, dynamic balancing, structural and modal FEA, and simulation validation for a high-speed sports robot. Build fixtures, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems; run performance, durability, repeatability, and tolerance tests; analyze sensor data; support test automation and reporting; and collaborate with mechanical, hardware, firmware, and software engineers on design reviews and failure investigations.

Create and refine high-quality 3D assets for simulation and gaming products, including models, environments, objects, characters, materials, and textures. Work directly in Unity to evaluate artwork, contribute to scene composition, lighting, atmosphere, and visual direction, and collaborate with artists and engineers to solve visual and technical challenges. Improve workflows, reusable assets, and production techniques while balancing artistic, product, and technical requirements.

Own the early customer journey from pre-installation through initial onboarding and activation. Coordinate install readiness, run structured onboarding, monitor early usage, intervene for at-risk customers, align partners/installers, track activation metrics, and provide feedback to Product and Enablement to reduce early churn and scale activation processes.

Own and grow Rapsodo's Golf creator network and community presence. Source, onboard, activate, and retain creators across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and podcasts; run creator advisory sessions; manage campaign activations and content calendars; moderate and expand community channels (Discord, Reddit, Facebook Groups); track KPIs and surface creator/community insights to Product and Marketing.

Lead international ecommerce growth across marketplaces (Amazon, Coupang, Shopee, Rakuten). Own revenue, margin, pricing, and forecasts; build localized marketplace strategies, optimize listings and conversion, maintain account health and inventory alignment, and deliver cross-functional execution and reporting to drive profitable regional expansion.

Own and operate the cloud data platform, maintain IaC, optimize warehouse cost/performance, build and maintain batch and real-time ingestion and transformation pipelines, operate BI platform, and design AI-powered applications and agents (RAG/LLM-backed). Partner with stakeholders, mentor teammates, document runbooks, and drive data platform reliability and security.

Supports international marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, offline, events, partnerships, and community initiatives. The intern will coordinate with global stakeholders, assist Japanese-market activities, and contribute to partnerships, media collaborations, and other marketing projects.

Provides bilingual Japanese and English technical customer support across email, phone, chat, and ticketing channels. Diagnoses hardware, software, and connectivity issues, manages cases through resolution, escalates complex problems, and coordinates with internal teams. The role also improves support processes, knowledge bases, workflows, and training materials while supporting Japan market operations.

Develop and optimize time-critical C/C++ firmware for ARM Cortex-A systems, build peripheral drivers (I2C, SPI, GPIO, ADC, timers), work with U-Boot and RTOS, support product evolution and SoC bring-up, and collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure low-latency, reliable embedded systems.

Design, implement, and optimize computer vision algorithms (3D vision, calibration, classification, segmentation). Apply advanced math and statistics, use OpenCV, write performant C/C++ (with Python), design APIs and integrate solutions across teams for scalable real-world sports applications.

Join the hardware/firmware R&D team to prototype, test, and iterate sports products. Tasks include PCB design in Mentor PADS, board-level repair and troubleshooting with multimeter and oscilloscope, evaluating component EOL, soldering, and supporting product development from concept to production.
