Support R&D by conducting ongoing technology and competitor research, tracking developer community conversations and technical events, synthesizing findings into concise reports and presentations, maintaining an organized intelligence repository, and using AI tools to accelerate research for engineering leadership.

Own sourcing for key electronic component categories, manage supplier performance, mitigate allocation and lead-time risks, validate BOM and ERP data, coordinate with Engineering/Planning during NPI, and drive procurement process improvements to ensure supply continuity for production.

Own the early customer journey from pre-installation through initial onboarding and activation. Coordinate install readiness, run structured onboarding, monitor early usage, intervene for at-risk customers, align partners/installers, track activation metrics, and provide feedback to Product and Enablement to reduce early churn and scale activation processes.
