Supports international marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, offline, events, partnerships, and community initiatives. Coordinates timelines, assets, vendors, stakeholders, and campaign localization while assisting with content creation, creative briefs, event logistics, reporting, competitor research, and marketing operations. Collaborates with global marketing, sales, and product teams to execute initiatives and strengthen regional market presence.

Supports international marketing initiatives across e-commerce, paid advertising, social media, email campaigns, content localization, and performance reporting. The intern will coordinate with global stakeholders, assist Japanese-market activities, and contribute to partnerships, media collaborations, and other marketing projects.

Provides bilingual Japanese and English technical customer support across email, phone, chat, and ticketing channels. Diagnoses hardware, software, and connectivity issues, manages cases through resolution, escalates complex problems, and coordinates with internal teams. The role also improves support processes, knowledge bases, workflows, and training materials while supporting Japan market operations.
