Process multi-entity, multi-state U.S. and Canadian payrolls using ADP Workforce Now; review time, earnings, deductions, taxes, benefits, and adjustments; reconcile payroll registers and funding reports; resolve employee inquiries and payroll errors; process off-cycle payments; support tax accounts, acquisitions, audits, reporting, controls, documentation, and process improvements. Partner with HR, Finance, Treasury, Operations, ADP, and vendors while protecting confidential information.

The Account Executive manages sales and client relationships for men's leather accessories accounts. Supports fit sessions, garment measurements, pattern and construction evaluation, technical sketches, specifications, fit comments, bills of materials, and product records for men's pants. Collaborates with design, product development, sourcing, and global factories while tracking samples, approvals, patterns, trims, and development milestones. Uses Illustrator, Excel, and PLM to maintain accurate technical documentation and develops foundational expertise in menswear fit, grading, patternmaking, fabrics, trims, and garment construction.

Manages sales operations and planning, including reporting, forecasting, S&OP coordination, inventory reviews, process improvement, project execution, business updates, sales meetings, and customer onboarding. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Planning, Merchandising, Operations, and leadership to improve forecast accuracy, execution, reporting, and profitable growth.

Supports brand marketing campaigns across digital, retail, social media, public relations, influencer partnerships, events, and content development. Assists with consumer insights, trend research, campaign analytics, retail marketing materials, media monitoring, and vendor collaboration. Participates in brainstorming, project management, and a final group project presenting a business recommendation to organizational leaders.
