Support apparel product development from concept to production: manage timelines, build styles in ERP, maintain BOMs in PLM, coordinate with factories and suppliers, review samples, manage packaging, and ensure production approvals and quality.

Design belts and small leather goods from trend research through technical development. Create trend boards, technical drawings, specs, and tech packs; manage licensor relationships, material/hardware development, PLM processes, sample communication with factories, mentor junior designers, and meet seasonal deadlines and cost targets.

Pick, pack, and replenish inventory for direct-to-consumer orders; support scanning and put-back teams; report equipment issues; meet physical demands and maintain production pace.

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across retail media networks to drive traffic, conversions, and sales for apparel and accessories. Manage ad operations, budgets, reporting, creative requests, and retailer collaborations; test ad formats and present performance insights to sales teams.

Manage weekly sales reporting, analyze sales and stock trends to support replenishment and VMI, coordinate with planning, customer allocation, and RMA teams, maintain roadmaps and WIP reports, and support sample orders and ad-hoc requests. Create complex Excel reports and identify product-level opportunities to optimize inventory and profitability.

Serve as primary sales contact for assigned accounts: develop business plans, maintain client relationships, analyze sales trends, coordinate with merchandising/design/planning/distribution, manage orders/logistics/forecasts, prepare client presentations, and resolve customer issues to drive sales and profitability.

Analyze sales and marketing data to forecast demand, optimize assortments, review retail sales by account, prepare and present analysis for customer meetings, and collaborate with inventory management to address shortages.

Support Account Executives with client management and sales operations: maintain order tracking, prepare meeting materials and product samples, execute daily sales tasks, update clients on order status, coordinate with e‑commerce and internal teams, assist in sales analysis, and perform related duties to drive product to market.

Support accessories design from concept to sample for belts and small leather goods. Conduct trend research, create CADs and technical drawings, manage tech packs and PLM updates, coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, and factories, and maintain organized development records to meet seasonal timelines and target costs.

Provide HR leadership and support for a Reno distribution center including recruiting/onboarding, associate relations, training and safety support, HR data maintenance, reporting, payroll/timekeeping coordination, and vendor invoice processing.

Support off-price and private-label product development: translate trends into line plans, manage sampling and commercialization timelines, review trims/fabrics for BOM accuracy, coordinate packaging, partner with vendors and cross-functional teams, and maintain product data in ERP/PLM systems to ensure on-time production and launch.

Join Haggar Men's Apparel design team to develop seasonal menswear from concept to production. Create presentations, flat sketches/CADs, technical specs in Adobe Illustrator, coordinate materials and samples, attend fittings, track approvals, and support vendor and cross-functional communication to deliver commercial, production-ready product.
