Provide HR leadership and support for a Reno distribution center including recruiting/onboarding, associate relations, training and safety support, HR data maintenance, reporting, payroll/timekeeping coordination, and vendor invoice processing.

Support off-price and private-label product development: translate trends into line plans, manage sampling and commercialization timelines, review trims/fabrics for BOM accuracy, coordinate packaging, partner with vendors and cross-functional teams, and maintain product data in ERP/PLM systems to ensure on-time production and launch.

Lead Haggar menswear category from concept through production: set seasonal vision, direct design and technical specs, oversee fabric/trim selection, manage fittings and approvals, partner cross-functionally (merchandising, sourcing, technical design), and mentor design team to deliver commercially successful products.
