Perform general accounting duties including month-end close, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, ledger and subledger analysis, financial book schedules, error investigation/correction, ad hoc reports, and cross-departmental collaboration to meet deadlines.

Lead incident response and operational support for the Loyalty platform, managing offshore support teams, ensuring SLA adherence, and driving continuous improvement. Use Dynatrace and Azure Application Insights with advanced KQL to diagnose issues, troubleshoot complex cloud integrations, produce operational reports, and coordinate cross-functional resolution and post-incident reviews.

Design and champion RaceTrac's Digital & Marketing enterprise architecture. Lead solution design, evaluate technologies, mitigate risks, ensure resilience and scalability, guide delivery teams, and collaborate with stakeholders while mentoring peers.

Support project managers across multiple projects by collecting and analyzing data, establishing KPIs, coordinating meetings and logistics, tracking action items, and communicating cross-functionally. Assist with project planning, identify downstream impacts, recommend actions to improve readiness, and may lead smaller projects. Uses PM tools and Microsoft Office to monitor project performance and support strategic initiatives.

Use SQL and Databricks to extract, clean, and analyze data; build statistical and machine learning models; create Power BI dashboards and forecasts; run A/B tests; present insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.

Manage multiple moderately complex projects end-to-end, coordinate plans and stakeholders, track budgets, mentor associate PMs, handle team logistics, resolve conflicts, and define success measures to ensure internal customer satisfaction.
