Responsibilities include drafting, editing, publishing, auditing, optimizing, and retiring content; applying governance, plain-language, search, metadata, taxonomy, and knowledge-management practices; partnering with HR stakeholders; analyzing content performance and employee feedback; and improving AI-powered self-service experiences.

Serves as a strategic talent advisor to corporate and professional leaders, developing workforce hiring plans, managing full-cycle recruiting, analyzing recruiting metrics, improving hiring processes, maintaining ATS and CRM data, and supporting diversity hiring initiatives. Partners with sourcing and onboarding teams to deliver effective candidate experiences and improve quality, speed, and consistency of hiring.

Sources and engages active and passive candidates, builds diverse talent pipelines, conducts initial screens, and provides labor-market intelligence. Partners with recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders to develop sourcing strategies for current and future hiring needs. Maintains candidate data in Workday and other recruiting systems, tracks pipeline metrics, ensures compliance, and improves sourcing processes and candidate experience.

Leads instructional design strategy from needs analysis through deployment. Designs evidence-based learning experiences, objectives, storyboards, scripts, assessments, and evaluation strategies. Partners with SMEs and stakeholders, manages review cycles, establishes design standards, and collaborates with content developers. Requires strong adult learning expertise, Articulate 360 proficiency, LMS familiarity, project management, and polished communication skills.

Develops polished digital learning content, including eLearning modules, microlearning, videos, job aids, workbooks, assessments, and knowledge checks. Manages content through the LMS lifecycle, collaborates with instructional designers and subject matter experts, tracks revisions and analytics, and maintains brand, accessibility, visual, and instructional standards. The role also improves production workflows, edits multimedia, supports multiple concurrent projects, and ensures training materials are accurate, engaging, mobile-friendly, and production-ready.

Advise business leaders on performance management, coaching, feedback, goal setting, accountability, calibration, and talent processes. Analyze workforce and talent data to diagnose performance trends and organizational effectiveness, recommend interventions, strengthen manager capability, and promote a high-performance culture. Support Workday-enabled process adoption, reporting, testing, workflow improvements, and change rollout while partnering with HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and business leaders.

Manage and govern the Microsoft 365 AI and automation platform (Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI). Own architecture, environment strategy, DLP and connector governance, integration with Azure and enterprise systems, monitoring, cost control, security compliance, and a Power Platform & AI Center of Excellence while partnering across infrastructure, security, and business teams.

Leads HR compliance governance across a multi-state, multi-brand organization. Oversees employment-law compliance, labor relations readiness, policies, onboarding, wage and hour practices, I-9 and E-Verify, audits, controls, remediation, training, reporting, and HR process standardization. Partners with Legal, HR, Payroll, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and business leaders to translate regulatory requirements into scalable processes and advise on compliance risks, workforce governance, and organizational change.
