Manages the end-to-end ADA interactive process, leave administration, and accommodation case management. Reviews medical documentation, evaluates reasonable accommodations, communicates decisions, ensures legal and recordkeeping compliance, and advises employees, managers, and HR partners. The role also supports benefits administration activities and escalates complex cases to Legal.

Administers health and welfare benefit programs, resolves complex employee issues, manages vendors, supports open enrollment and benefits projects, oversees compliance activities, analyzes trends, improves processes, and develops employee communications. Partners with HRIS, Payroll, Finance, HR Business Partners, Leave Administration, and vendors to ensure accurate benefits administration and effective service delivery.

Analyzes fuel pricing, market data, competitor positions, lifting volumes, transaction exposure, mark-to-market results, and profitability. Maintains daily and monthly analyses, prepares reports and presentations, resolves contract discrepancies, communicates findings to stakeholders, and supports other Risk Team responsibilities. The role serves as a subject matter expert for pricing-related questions and provides recommendations for business decisions.
