Sources and purchases equipment and parts for store operations, manages vendor relationships, negotiates pricing, prepares quotes and purchase orders, tracks deliveries and invoices, maintains inventory records, produces reports, and supports internal teams and new-hire onboarding.

Leads RaceTrac’s People Services organization and Employee Service Center strategy. The role designs scalable HR service models, case management, self-service, knowledge management, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Responsibilities include establishing SLAs, governance, metrics, payroll controls, process improvements, and analytics while partnering across HR, Technology, Payroll, Operations, and executive leadership. The director will lead approximately six direct reports, drive transformation, ensure compliant daily operations, and improve employee support for a large frontline workforce.

Supports employee experience programs focused on engagement, culture, belonging, recognition, listening, and retention. Coordinates surveys, focus groups, events, incentive programs, and key employee lifecycle moments. Analyzes feedback and engagement data, maintains dashboards and reporting, develops recommendations, and supports action planning. Partners with HR teams and business stakeholders to execute programs, manage timelines and budgets, improve processes, and promote consistent employee experiences.
