Analyze workforce and talent data to diagnose performance trends and organizational effectiveness, recommend interventions, strengthen manager capability, and promote a high-performance culture. Support Workday-enabled process adoption, reporting, testing, workflow improvements, and change rollout while partnering with HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and business leaders.

Manage and govern the Microsoft 365 AI and automation platform (Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI). Own architecture, environment strategy, DLP and connector governance, integration with Azure and enterprise systems, monitoring, cost control, security compliance, and a Power Platform & AI Center of Excellence while partnering across infrastructure, security, and business teams.

Leads HR compliance governance across a multi-state, multi-brand organization. Oversees employment-law compliance, labor relations readiness, policies, onboarding, wage and hour practices, I-9 and E-Verify, audits, controls, remediation, training, reporting, and HR process standardization. Partners with Legal, HR, Payroll, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and business leaders to translate regulatory requirements into scalable processes and advise on compliance risks, workforce governance, and organizational change.
