Translates customer needs into product and solution roadmaps, validates offerings with customers, supports strategic sales and bids, builds commercial pipelines, and establishes the internal B2B capability and operating model.

Develop and maintain high-throughput Java and Spring Boot microservices supporting millions of IoT devices. Build secure REST APIs, event-driven systems, scalable MongoDB solutions, and AWS-based containerized deployments. Own features from design through production monitoring, contribute to architecture and reliability improvements, troubleshoot incidents, and maintain strong test coverage. Collaborate in agile development while using AI-powered tools to improve coding, testing, reviews, planning, and debugging.

Lead presales activities for Qvantel's telecom BSS offerings: design solutions, prepare demos and proposals, support RFx and proposal defenses, coordinate cross-functional teams, engage senior clients, and identify high-value opportunities to drive sales.

Design, operate, and maintain cloud environments (primarily AWS/GCP). Implement security boundaries and governance, author and manage Terraform IaC, troubleshoot hybrid networking and VPCs, operate Amazon EKS clusters, automate tasks with Bash/Python, monitor systems, and drive stable, cost-efficient infrastructure operations.

Manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise SAN/NAS/object storage and backup platforms. Perform L3 troubleshooting across storage, backup, and OS layers, ensure data protection and DR readiness, automate operations, support migrations/upgrades, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high availability and performance.

Lead design, development, configuration, and optimization of mediation solutions for CDR/EDR collection, processing, enrichment, and distribution. Implement decoders, parsers, workflows, filters, and custom adapters; integrate with downstream BSS/OSS; troubleshoot data loss, duplication, and performance issues; support testing, service launches, upgrades, and migrations; collaborate with network, billing, IT operations, and business teams to ensure scalable, high-performance mediation services.

Provide L2+ support and ownership for Ericsson charging, e-voucher and USSD systems. Troubleshoot using tcpdump and logs, manage incidents/changes, automate tasks with scripts/Ansible, meet SLAs/KPIs and SOX controls, support projects and 3rd-party vendors, and provide 24/7 on-call coverage.

Build and maintain Angular-based frontend applications: implement modular UI components, consume REST APIs, ensure performance and security, collaborate with backend, QA and product teams, participate in code reviews, debug and support production issues.

Develop automation tooling and scripts (Python/Go/Bash) to eliminate manual operational toil.
