Operate and administer production Enterprise Linux infrastructure and middleware to ensure availability, security, performance, and observability. Deploy and maintain middleware (proxies, messaging), automate configuration (Ansible), provide L3 end-to-end troubleshooting across OS/network/middleware, lead incident response and RCA, collaborate with development teams on reliability and modernization, and produce runbooks and automation to reduce outages.

Design, build, and operate production Kubernetes clusters and platform services (databases, message brokers, caching, CI/CD, observability, secrets). Create self-service developer tooling, automate provisioning (IaC/GitOps), lead incidents, and improve reliability, scalability, and developer experience.

Develop scalable backend microservices for a Digital BSS platform using Scala and Akka/Pekko. Build RESTful APIs and event-driven systems with Kafka/gRPC, write unit tests, participate in CI/CD and agile practices, maintain and performance-tune services.

Lead requirement gathering and translate functional specifications into system guidelines. Define project scope, schedules, and test plans; oversee developers, coordinate with architects and vendors, monitor timelines, and communicate progress to clients.

Design, implement, and maintain storage and systems infrastructure across dual datacenters. Provide L2/L3 support for HPE 3PAR/Primera, SAN/NAS, VMware, Linux/Windows, backup/restore and replication. Drive performance tuning, capacity planning, disaster recovery, automation (Ansible/shell), patching, ITIL-aligned operations, and vendor coordination for high availability and data protection.

Lead design, development, configuration, and optimization of mediation solutions for CDR/EDR collection, processing, enrichment, and distribution. Implement decoders, parsers, workflows, filters, and custom adapters; integrate with downstream BSS/OSS; troubleshoot data loss, duplication, and performance issues; support testing, service launches, upgrades, and migrations; collaborate with network, billing, IT operations, and business teams to ensure scalable, high-performance mediation services.

Provide L2+ support and ownership for Ericsson charging, e-voucher and USSD systems. Troubleshoot using tcpdump and logs, manage incidents/changes, automate tasks with scripts/Ansible, meet SLAs/KPIs and SOX controls, support projects and 3rd-party vendors, and provide 24/7 on-call coverage.

Build and maintain Angular-based frontend applications: implement modular UI components, consume REST APIs, ensure performance and security, collaborate with backend, QA and product teams, participate in code reviews, debug and support production issues.

Develop automation tooling and scripts (Python/Go/Bash) to eliminate manual operational toil. Lead cross-functional product marketing to turn market signals into strategic offering and GTM decisions. Create executive-level value stories, productize propositions, support roadmap differentiation, and enable earlier customer engagement to shorten sales cycles and improve deal quality.

Support customer program team to maintain platform stability, manage hotfix planning and coordination, triage incidents, perform root-cause analysis prior to L3 escalation, ensure SLA resolution, and align with internal and customer stakeholders on priorities and impact.

Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Django/DRF; design and implement RESTful JSON APIs; work in Agile/Scrum; use CI (Jenkins), version control (Git/Subversion); build microservices and containerized deployments on Kubernetes; manage MySQL/MariaDB; optional experience with RabbitMQ, Celery, and telecom domain knowledge. Proactively propose solutions and collaborate to build scalable, secure systems.

Manage, maintain, and optimize MariaDB, PostgreSQL, and Cassandra platforms for high availability, performance, security, and scalability. Implement backups, replication, clustering, disaster recovery, security controls; perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, automation with scripts, monitoring, documentation, and on-call production support.

Operate and maintain Kubernetes-based platform environments (dev/staging/prod), provision environments and platform services (databases, queues, caching, object storage), perform day-2 operations, monitor and respond to incidents, participate on-call, automate operational tasks, improve monitoring/alerting, and contribute to infrastructure-as-code.

Lead a large-scale BSS managed-service transformation for a Tier-1 operator: define governance, manage multi-vendor delivery, oversee integration/migration, control cost/schedule/quality/risk, ensure SLA/commercial compliance, and coach cross-functional teams to achieve on-time go-live and operational excellence.

Manage and optimize enterprise storage and backup infrastructure (SAN, NAS, object) and backup solutions; perform provisioning, performance tuning, capacity planning, DR and recovery testing; integrate storage with OS, virtualization, containers and databases; automate tasks, enforce security, and support 24x7 operations with vendor coordination and documentation.
