Lead presales activities for Qvantel's telecom BSS offerings: design solutions, prepare demos and proposals, support RFx and proposal defenses, coordinate cross-functional teams, engage senior clients, and identify high-value opportunities to drive sales.

Design, operate, and maintain cloud environments (primarily AWS/GCP). Implement security boundaries and governance, author and manage Terraform IaC, troubleshoot hybrid networking and VPCs, operate Amazon EKS clusters, automate tasks with Bash/Python, monitor systems, and drive stable, cost-efficient infrastructure operations.

Manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise SAN/NAS/object storage and backup platforms. Perform L3 troubleshooting across storage, backup, and OS layers, ensure data protection and DR readiness, automate operations, support migrations/upgrades, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high availability and performance.
