It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!
We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Platform Engineer (Kubernetes Platform & Platform Services) with 6 to 12 years of experince to design, build, and operate our internal cloud/hybrid platform powered by Kubernetes. This role is for engineers who don’t just maintain infrastructure — they build platform products and services that enable development teams to move fast, safely, and reliably. You will take end-to-end ownership of platform services such as databases, message queues, caching systems, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and developer tooling. We expect strong engineering fundamentals, deep Kubernetes expertise, and a product mindset toward internal platforms. This is not a ticket-driven operations role. This is a builder role.
What You Will Do
Design, implement, and operate production-grade Kubernetes clusters
Build and maintain platform services:
PostgreSQL / MariaDB / Cassandra / etc.
Kafka / RabbitMQ
Redis
Observability / Monitoring stack
Secrets management
And many more
Develop internal self-service tooling for developers
Automate infrastructure and platform provisioning (IaC, GitOps)
Improve reliability, scalability, and security of the platform
Own CI/CD systems and deployment workflows
Implement observability standards (metrics, logs, tracing)
Lead incident response and postmortem improvements
Continuously reduce cognitive load for application teams
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production
Deep understanding of:
Networking (CNI, Ingress, Load Balancers, Service Mesh)
Storage and Stateful Workloads (CSI, Snapshots, StatefulSets, storage classes)
Resource management (requests/limits, autoscaling)
Kubernetes Operators
Experience operating or building platform services:
Databases (replication, backup, failover)
Message brokers (partitioning, durability, scaling)
Caching systems
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane, etc.)
CI/CD systems and GitOps workflows
Experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Strong debugging and incident response skills
Production mindset and reliability-first thinking
Nice to Have
Telco/BSS domain knowledge
Experience building internal developer platforms
Multi-tenant Kubernetes environments
Service mesh (Istio, Linkerd)
Security hardening & policy enforcement
Cost optimization in cloud environments
Multi-region or disaster recovery architectures
What We Value
End-to-End Ownership
You build it, you run it, you improve it.
Strong Hands-On Engineering
We expect engineers who write code, automate everything, and dive deep into root causes.
Platform-as-a-Product Thinking
The platform is a product for developers. Developer experience matters.
High Standards
We optimize for long-term maintainability, reliability, and simplicity.
Continuous Improvement
Blameless postmortems, automation over manual processes, and learning from failure.
Developers can provision systems in minutes, not days.
Platform incidents are rare and well-understood.
Scaling is predictable.
Deployments are boring.
The platform accelerates product teams instead of blocking them.
