Operate and support audio, video, VTC, and data communications systems for USSTRATCOM exercises and operations. Serve as lead project manager supporting electronics, general engineering, and operations research for RCS test projects at the NRTF. Plan, estimate, schedule, and oversee development, integration, instrumentation, data acquisition, and controls to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.

Support USSTRATCOM joint exercise planning, development, execution, and analysis by authoring/updating JTT training materials, designing and maintaining the MSEL, coordinating injects to align with objectives, managing MSEL delivery/version control during exercises, entering and maintaining exercise data in JTT, and supporting event synchronization and exercise execution in classified environments.

Senior Military Operations Planner to support USSTRATCOM operational planning, training, exercises, and assessments. Requires extensive Department of War operations experience, operations center and planning expertise, JPME II and Senior Service School graduation, a master’s degree, and Final TS/SCI clearance. Work in classified environments and SCIFs; domestic TDY travel may be required.

Provide subject-matter expertise to plan, develop, administer, execute, and assess USSTRATCOM collective training events and scenario-based modules. Support Strategic Deterrence, Nuclear Operations, Global Strike, and UCP mission sets; perform operational coordination with Combatant Commands, Joint Staff or MAJCOMs; produce exercise planning products, reports, and briefings within classified environments.

Support missile defense modeling and simulation by deriving requirements, developing MBSE models and processes, producing technical documentation, performing data-driven analysis and scripting, coordinating with senior engineers, briefing customers, and training users. Work onsite to support MDASim/MDST and related simulation tools.

Develop and maintain analytical models, simulations, and algorithms for RF, EW, PNT, communications, and autonomous systems. Perform trade studies, performance assessments, Monte Carlo and statistical analyses, and validate models using test data. Build MATLAB/Python simulation environments, collaborate with multidisciplinary engineers, and support proposals, briefings, and prototype demonstrations.

Lead and support systems engineering, requirements management, and verification & validation for the Space Nuclear Propulsion program. Coordinate cross-discipline integration, develop requirements and V&V plans, assess contractor deliverables, implement digital engineering practices, manage schedules, and communicate technical risks and lessons learned to stakeholders.

Design, integrate, test, and transition radar hardware for Space Domain Awareness and Missile Warning missions. Support development lifecycle, create trade studies, analyze technical data, manage obsolescence, and collaborate with government customers to deliver production-ready hardware solutions.

Provide systems engineering support for M-Code aviation receivers including platform and weapons integration, requirements development and traceability, ICD development, technical analysis, trade studies, SIL testing coordination, roadmap and schedule development for PNT/NAVWAR capabilities, and preparation of technical reports.

Manage and coordinate NAVWAR/PNT test programs at the 746th Test Squadron. Serve as customer liaison, define objectives and requirements, coordinate engineers and instrumentation, produce test plans and reports, manage schedules and cost estimates, coordinate frequency clearance with spectrum authorities, and ensure documentation and compliance.

Provide regional and international affairs expertise to support USSTRATCOM operational planning, training, exercises, and assessments. Coordinate with interagency and Combatant Command stakeholders, produce briefs and reports, and support exercise execution. Focus on European or Indo-Pacific regional issues within classified operational environments.
