Responsibilities include managing the ramp-up plan, project charter, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies; defining the Finance operating model and workforce plan; hiring and coaching the team; implementing policies and system interfaces; supporting go-live stabilization; and reporting progress to stakeholders and steering committees.

Own the technical architecture, implementation quality, integrations, releases, reliability, security, and operational readiness of Qiddiya’s MarTech ecosystem. Lead vendor engineering teams, govern Adobe platforms and related technologies, review APIs and data models, oversee testing and deployments, manage incidents and technical debt, and ensure documentation and knowledge transfer enable Qiddiya to independently operate and evolve its digital experience platforms.
