Supports the Marketing Center of Excellence by researching emerging trends, identifying innovation opportunities, organizing institutional knowledge, and developing playbooks, toolkits, frameworks, and best-practice content. Coordinates knowledge-sharing forums, workshops, and capability-building initiatives; facilitates collaboration across marketing teams; and monitors adoption of knowledge resources to promote consistent ways of working and continuous improvement.

Manage the operational delivery, governance, quality reviews, reporting, and continuous improvement of Performance Management and Promotions cycles. Responsibilities include calibration, grievance support, promotion validation, stakeholder guidance, analytics, process enhancements, communications, training, and coordination with HRBPs and cross-functional teams.

Leads enterprise-wide performance management and promotion governance, delivery, analytics, stakeholder engagement, training, communications, and continuous improvement. Advises HRBPs, business leaders, and executives; oversees promotion cycles, performance operations, quality assurance, change adoption, and grievance processes. Acts as the subject matter expert, develops team capability, drives cross-functional alignment, and ensures fair, consistent, and strategically aligned performance practices.
