Deliver the ramp-up
• Run the Finance ramp-up for your assigned asset, from kick-off with the pre-opening team through to handover.
• Deliver the ramp-up plan through planning and build, kept aligned to the go-live date.
• Author and maintain the ramp-up project charter, covering scope, timeline, resourcing, budget, risks and dependencies.
Build the function and team
• Define the asset Finance target operating model and workforce plan with asset leadership.
• Act as hiring manager during hiring, then onboard and coach the asset Finance team as it forms.
Compliance and interfaces
• Guide the asset in adopting Qiddiya Finance policies, procedures and interfaces, and validate any deviation from the standard.
• Confirm the data structures and system interfaces to QIC Finance.
Launch, handover and reporting
• Run launch and stabilisation support at go-live, then close the project with a handover and documented learnings.
• Report progress and challenges to the Senior Ramp-up Manager and the asset stakeholders, and support Steering Committee sign-off.
