Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules including Policy & Compliance, Risk, and Audit. Build workflows, scripts, integrations (REST/SOAP), dashboards, and reports. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements, support upgrades and performance tuning, document solutions, and transfer knowledge to support teams while following ServiceNow best practices.

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and enhancements: design, develop, configure, and customize applications; manage integrations, workflows, scripting, performance, and security; lead developers and support teams; coordinate cross-functional delivery, perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, support deployments, and prepare technical documentation.

Design, develop, and maintain n8n workflows and JavaScript automation; integrate systems and APIs (REST, webhooks) with SharePoint and Outlook; automate email and document processes; optimize performance, troubleshoot integrations, and document solutions while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Lead and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions. Manage SEO/SEM, paid campaigns, social media, analytics, content strategy, budgets, and a digital marketing team while reporting performance and optimizing ROI.

Support development, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform: configure modules, build workflows/forms/business rules, perform data imports and basic JavaScript scripting, troubleshoot, support users, gather requirements, and assist testing and deployments.

Design, develop, deploy, and monitor machine learning and deep learning models (NLP, computer vision, predictive). Build data pipelines, optimize model performance and scalability, automate AI workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions including ITSM and GRC modules. Build and customize Service Portal, create workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations (REST/SOAP). Perform testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, and work with stakeholders to translate requirements while following governance and security best practices.

Drive client acquisition and revenue through lead generation, cold outreach, relationship management, proposals, negotiations, and CRM pipeline management. Coordinate with internal teams, attend client meetings, conduct market research, and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
