Review purchase orders and procurement files for compliance with company policies, contracts, and government regulations. Perform audits, track deficiencies and corrective actions, analyze compliance trends, prepare government reports, develop and deliver training, and support CPSR preparation and continuous improvement of the purchasing system.

Serve as Finance Manager supporting U.S. Navy planning yard programs. Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, tracking and reporting project costs (material, travel, ODC, subcontractors), preparing financial projections/reports, and reviewing/approving project cost estimates. Support ship change documents, configuration management, logistics, and availability planning.

Implement and maintain CMMC Level 2 (NIST SP 800-171) security controls, manage SSP and POA&M, conduct risk and vulnerability assessments, support assessments and SPRS scoring, enforce policy and patch compliance, support incident response, oversee cybersecurity analysts, and coordinate vendor/DFARS flow-down and remediation activities.

Maintain employee records and process personnel actions; support onboarding and terminations; assist with benefits questions and claims data; review HR system data for accuracy; answer policy questions; handle confidential information; perform other HR duties under West Coast HR leadership.

Support carrier-unique equipment warehousing and logistics: maintain inventory, provide monthly status reports, receive/issue material, research NSNs/APLs, manage procurements and shipments, expedite material movement, maintain shipment and procurement records, liaise with Naval Inactive Ships and Fleet Support, and perform forklift operations as needed. Requires access to naval facilities and SECRET clearance eligibility.

Perform shipboard and shop fabrication and installation of parts, sub-assemblies, pipes, fittings, and valves. Read and follow blueprints and welding symbols, perform brazing/welding, use hand tools and shop machinery, work in confined spaces and at heights, and comply with safety and naval access requirements.

Perform onboard ship checks on Navy vessels to validate work notifications, identify scope and components, document findings with sketches and photos, and deliver reports for work item development. Support planners, lift equipment, travel overseas (~10%), and obtain required credentials and facility access.

Provide lifecycle support, troubleshooting, testing, and installation for supervisory machinery control systems on Arleigh Burke-class destroyers and LBES. Review documentation, develop test procedures, support HW/SW integration, and contribute technical design input for current and future control systems.

Provide logistics support for integration of logistics products for U.S. Navy surface ships. Develop, implement, evaluate, and coordinate ILS products such as Planned Maintenance Systems and Technical Feedback Reports; create technical documentation using NPA/NPE; produce reports and presentations; use Microsoft Office. Requires bachelor's degree and ability to obtain or possess Secret clearance. Drug screening required.

Provide lifecycle support for machinery control systems (MCS) on Arleigh Burke–class destroyers, including shipboard and Land Based Engineering Site (LBES) troubleshooting, SW/HW installation, test support, design input, test procedure development, and integration support in industrial/shipboard environments.

Conduct onboard ship checks to validate work notifications, determine repair scope, estimate consumable materials, document findings with sketches/photographs, and upload ship check data into the Navy Maintenance Database to support planners.

Provide logistics support for US Navy ship HM&E, electronics, and combat systems including ILS, technical manual updates, maintenance management (3-M/PMS), research in Navy/DOD systems, and support for ship trials and delivery milestones.

Provide HM&E support for U.S. Navy ships including developing EQT test procedures, witnessing EMI/shock/vibration tests, performing shipchecks, creating 2D/3D drawings and calculations, preparing technical manuals and maintenance documentation, troubleshooting ship systems, and supporting installation/modification projects.

Lead business development for Naval engineering projects: engage customers and technical managers, capture new opportunities, gather business intelligence, coordinate with operational managers, and support government contracting and proposal efforts.

Develop and revise shipboard maintenance procedures using Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) for Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS). Coordinate with NSLC/SUBMEPP to resolve TFBRs, apply ILS practices, interpret ship drawings, manage NSNs/APLs, and complete required certifications and documentation. Perform other assigned duties.

Provide HM&E electrical engineering support for Navy ships: develop and redline drawings, create schematics and test/maintenance procedures, perform lab troubleshooting and shipboard support, and use AutoCAD, MATLAB, and PLC systems.

Work in shipyards fabricating, aligning, assembling, installing, modifying, and repairing metal ship structures and components using blueprints, hand and power tools, torches, welding and riveting. Must meet physical requirements and security/citizenship eligibility to access military and naval shipyards.

Conduct ship checks aboard Navy vessels to validate work notifications, identify scope, components, interferences, and systems; document findings with sketches and photographs in PDF, upload to NMD, and forward reports to planners. Requires lifting equipment, travel (~10% overseas), and ability to obtain facility access credentials and security clearance.

Provide engineering support for US Navy HM&E, electronics, and combat systems including system redesign, shipboard alterations, fleet in-service engineering, and ship checks. Willingness to travel up to 20%; must meet security and drug-screening requirements.

Provide lifecycle support for supervisory machinery control systems on Arleigh Burke class ships and LBES: troubleshoot microprocessor-based control systems, perform shipboard and land-based SW/HW installations, develop and execute test procedures, review technical documentation, and support design and integration of future MCS systems.
