Develops maintenance training metrics covering schedule execution, student feedback, training impact, and return on investment. Analyzes survey responses, identifies trends, and recommends schedule, curriculum, and process improvements. Prepares summary reports and presentations for program reviews and staff knowledge support. Requires five years of data analysis experience supporting complex projects, database design experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility for a Secret clearance.

Leads overall execution of a U.S. Navy surface ship maintenance training contract. Serves as the primary client contact, manages contract performance metrics and reporting, and conducts semi-annual program review meetings with Navy Type Commanders. The role requires extensive U.S. Navy maintenance training and program management experience, plus eligibility for Secret clearance and access to naval and shipyard facilities.

Leads mechanical teams supporting U.S. government small boats and craft. Performs maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, testing, prototyping, inspections, installations, and operations involving engines, pumps, piping, control systems, trailers, transporters, launch systems, and related equipment. Uses technical drawings to support repairs and parts identification while maintaining eligibility for Secret clearance and military facility access.

Leads electronics teams supporting U.S. government small boats and craft. Performs maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, testing, prototyping, installation, and inspections of electrical and electronic systems, including generators, batteries, cabling, distribution panels, sensors, radars, radios, and integrated helms. Uses technical drawings and wiring diagrams to identify repair requirements and parts. Requires at least seven years of small-watercraft electronics experience, team leadership, marine electrical credentials, physical vessel work, and eligibility for a Secret clearance.

Provide lifecycle support, troubleshooting, testing, and installation for supervisory machinery control systems on Arleigh Burke-class destroyers and LBES. Review documentation, develop test procedures, support HW/SW integration, and contribute technical design input for current and future control systems.

Provide logistics support for integration of logistics products for U.S. Navy surface ships. Develop, implement, evaluate, and coordinate ILS products such as Planned Maintenance Systems and Technical Feedback Reports; create technical documentation using NPA/NPE; produce reports and presentations; use Microsoft Office. Requires bachelor's degree and ability to obtain or possess Secret clearance. Drug screening required.

Provide lifecycle support for machinery control systems (MCS) on Arleigh Burke–class destroyers, including shipboard and Land Based Engineering Site (LBES) troubleshooting, SW/HW installation, test support, design input, test procedure development, and integration support in industrial/shipboard environments.

Provide HM&E support for U.S. Navy ships including developing EQT test procedures, witnessing EMI/shock/vibration tests, performing shipchecks, creating 2D/3D drawings and calculations, preparing technical manuals and maintenance documentation, troubleshooting ship systems, and supporting installation/modification projects.

Lead business development for Naval engineering projects: engage customers and technical managers, capture new opportunities, gather business intelligence, coordinate with operational managers, and support government contracting and proposal efforts.

Develop and revise shipboard maintenance procedures using Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) for Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS). Coordinate with NSLC/SUBMEPP to resolve TFBRs, apply ILS practices, interpret ship drawings, manage NSNs/APLs, and complete required certifications and documentation. Perform other assigned duties.

Provide HM&E electrical engineering support for Navy ships: develop and redline drawings, create schematics and test/maintenance procedures, perform lab troubleshooting and shipboard support, and use AutoCAD, MATLAB, and PLC systems.

Provide engineering support for US Navy HM&E, electronics, and combat systems including system redesign, shipboard alterations, fleet in-service engineering, and ship checks. Willingness to travel up to 20%; must meet security and drug-screening requirements.

Lead a technical team to support HM&E systems: develop/change maintenance sketches, redline electrical drawings, and create testing/maintenance procedures per Navy standards. Manage schedules, resources, risk matrices, configuration management, progress reporting, and liaise with OEMs, program managers, and stakeholders.

Provide lifecycle support for supervisory machinery control systems on Arleigh Burke class ships and LBES: troubleshoot microprocessor-based control systems, perform shipboard and land-based SW/HW installations, develop and execute test procedures, review technical documentation, and support design and integration of future MCS systems.
