Maintains and supports computers, LAN systems, databases, software, and upgrades for U.S. Navy maintenance and training programs. Troubleshoots performance issues and interfaces with Navy maintenance centers, ship personnel, system commands, and TYCOM staff. Requires Navy maintenance IT systems experience, management of at least 100 networked computers, familiarity with OMMS, AWN, SKED, VSB, and MFOM, programming knowledge, and eligibility for a Secret clearance.

Develops maintenance training metrics covering schedule execution, student feedback, training impact, and return on investment. Analyzes survey responses, identifies trends, and recommends schedule, curriculum, and process improvements. Prepares summary reports and presentations for program reviews and staff knowledge support. Requires five years of data analysis experience supporting complex projects, database design experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility for a Secret clearance.

Leads overall execution of a U.S. Navy surface ship maintenance training contract. Serves as the primary client contact, manages contract performance metrics and reporting, and conducts semi-annual program review meetings with Navy Type Commanders. The role requires extensive U.S. Navy maintenance training and program management experience, plus eligibility for Secret clearance and access to naval and shipyard facilities.
