Serve as Finance Manager supporting U.S. Navy planning yard programs. Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, tracking and reporting project costs (material, travel, ODC, subcontractors), preparing financial projections/reports, and reviewing/approving project cost estimates. Support ship change documents, configuration management, logistics, and availability planning.

Implement and maintain CMMC Level 2 (NIST SP 800-171) security controls, manage SSP and POA&M, conduct risk and vulnerability assessments, support assessments and SPRS scoring, enforce policy and patch compliance, support incident response, oversee cybersecurity analysts, and coordinate vendor/DFARS flow-down and remediation activities.

Support carrier-unique equipment warehousing and logistics: maintain inventory, provide monthly status reports, receive/issue material, research NSNs/APLs, manage procurements and shipments, expedite material movement, maintain shipment and procurement records, liaise with Naval Inactive Ships and Fleet Support, and perform forklift operations as needed. Requires access to naval facilities and SECRET clearance eligibility.
