Design and build scalable, testable iOS applications based on UI/UX specs. Collaborate with product and QA, write unit tests, fix bugs, and follow Agile workflows.

Provide user support and troubleshooting for banking systems, perform daily tasks per SLA, escalate to SMEs/vendors, produce reporting, support testing/integration and project implementations, assist incident management and audit requests, train users, and follow IT policies.

Perform manual UI testing for web and Android/iOS apps: analyze requirements, create test plans and cases, execute tests, run regressions, document results, maintain test artifacts in Git and JIRA, and report status to the Test Lead.

Lead and coordinate project planning, prioritization, budgeting, risk and resource allocation across departments. Oversee project execution, monitor progress against deadlines and standards, document scope and outcomes, and ensure projects meet budget and business objectives.

Provide first- and second-tier technical support and incident management for software applications: troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis using logs, monitor systems, coordinate with development and business teams, handle ad-hoc data/report requests, and participate in projects to improve client experience and system reliability.

Develop and maintain scalable, testable backend services in Go. Build new features, maintain existing products, contribute to architecture, agile processes, and DevOps improvements.
