Requires strong real estate expertise, negotiation skills, Spanish fluency, driving availability, and frequent regional travel.

Own the Rentals product strategy and roadmap, partnering with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success. Conduct market and user research, prioritize and launch features, improve rental experiences for owners and tenants, and track product metrics to measure impact. The role requires end-to-end product ownership, strong analytical and communication skills, cross-functional influence, and experience with product management, analytics, and experimentation tools.

Build and scale creator and influencer marketing partnerships by scouting creators, managing outreach and pipelines, coordinating content campaigns, tracking performance, and identifying media opportunities. The role collaborates with Social, Content, Performance, PR, and Sales teams to drive measurable acquisition results.

Drive partner sales for PropHero, an AI-driven property investment marketplace. The role involves helping expand the business, building partner relationships, delivering measurable commercial outcomes, and collaborating with globally distributed teams. Advanced English is required for internal communication.

Diagnose operational bottlenecks, redesign workflows, and automate repetitive processes using low-code tools, Python, and scripts. Integrate CRM, email, WhatsApp, forms, and databases; rapidly prototype solutions; translate business needs into technical requirements for the internal Vistral platform; test features, identify usability issues, support data migration, and help teams transition from legacy tools.

Support social media content creation and scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Manage community interactions, assist with editorial calendars and creative briefs, track basic performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest content ideas based on trends and cultural moments.

Support offline trade marketing activations by coordinating partners, venues, suppliers, logistics, materials, budgets, timelines, and post-event reporting. The role is suited to a marketing, business administration, or event management student who is organized, resourceful, energetic, communicative, and interested in building brands beyond digital channels.

Lead and develop SDR and Closer teams to drive pipeline generation and conversion. Design and optimize prospecting, qualification, and closing processes; analyze pipeline metrics; coach team members; collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Product; manage forecasting, reporting, recruitment, and onboarding.

Manage inbound B2C sales: present PropHero to leads, follow up, negotiate and close contracts, maintain CRM pipeline, ensure high-quality client relationships, and streamline validation processes.

Support treasury, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Assist cashflow and P&L forecasting, banking relationship admin, international portfolio bookkeeping, and ad hoc financial analysis and process improvements.
