Own the full lifecycle of new-build residential developments: feasibility and financial modelling, stakeholder coordination, permits and construction oversight, budget and profitability monitoring, sales and conveyancing coordination, risk mitigation, and regular reporting to senior management.

Own and manage a portfolio of investor clients: onboard, advise, present property opportunities using PropHero methodology, resolve queries, analyze portfolios, coordinate stakeholders, refine and scale client success processes, and help grow the client success team.

Support the settlements team by processing and reconciling property investment transactions, preparing and maintaining documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting with administrative and process-improvement tasks.

Support execution of supplier and client payments, perform bank reconciliations across accounts and currencies, track invoices, contribute to OPEX analysis, prepare banking reports and dashboards, and assist month-end processes and ongoing finance reporting under the Treasury Lead.
