Actively engage and qualify leads, book calls for sales closers, introduce PropHero value proposition, and help maintain a high-quality leads database. Work hybrid from Madrid, using basic Excel and communicating in English.

Support post-settlement administrative processes for property divisions, liaise with government entities (Cadastre, Notaries), maintain documentation and CRM, assist case analysis, reporting, and process improvements within a collaborative team.

Act as the internal first point of contact for day-to-day operational support. Manage and prioritize internal request queues, resolve blockers, map and optimize workflows, implement process improvements and automation, coordinate device and access lifecycle (provisioning, configuration, joiner-mover-leaver), maintain SaaS/tooling inventory, reclaim licenses, flag shadow IT, and support operational security/compliance tasks (MFA enrollment, baseline adherence).
