Provide first-line IT and workplace support for ~130 employees: triage and resolve tickets, provision and manage company laptops via MDM, execute joiner/mover/leaver identity and access tasks, manage SaaS licenses, support endpoint compliance and MFA enrollment, and maintain documentation and tooling to reduce recurring issues.

Actively engage and qualify leads, book calls for sales closers, introduce PropHero value proposition, and help maintain a high-quality leads database. Work hybrid from Madrid, using basic Excel and communicating in English.

Support post-settlement administrative processes for property divisions, liaise with government entities (Cadastre, Notaries), maintain documentation and CRM, assist case analysis, reporting, and process improvements within a collaborative team.
