Supports post-acquisition property projects through applications, registrations, permits, documentation, partner coordination, deadline tracking, risk escalation, and process improvement. The intern maintains accurate project records and collaborates with renovation, settlement, architectural, legal, governmental, notarial, registry, and utility stakeholders. No prior professional experience is required, though relevant internships are advantageous.

Coordinates post-settlement property administration, serving as the main contact for property managers and homeowners’ associations. Tracks ownership changes, renovation documentation, certificates, incidents, and administrative paperwork. Follows up with external parties, escalates delays, supports complex cases for the legal team, maintains property records, and helps improve post-settlement processes and checklists.

Onboard investment clients, understand their objectives, explain the company’s property investment methodology, and provide ongoing support through chat, email, and calls. Analyze property markets, present investment opportunities, resolve client questions, and help clients make decisions. Improve client success processes, collaborate with the supply team on property searches, and increase successful investment closures.
