Lead Mexico accounting operations and reporting across NIF, IFRS, and US GAAP. Own month-end/quarter/annual close, internal controls, audit readiness, and cross-functional collaboration. Lead an AI platform effort to build production AI capabilities that convert building, project, asset, and operational data into reusable, governed solutions. Design and deliver RAG, agents, multimodal data pipelines, orchestration, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop workflows from prototype to production, partnering with business, security, and operations.

Manage the full accounts payable lifecycle: validate and process high-volume invoices, perform 2- and 3-way matching, resolve exceptions, communicate with vendors and internal partners, support payments and reconciliations, assist month-/year-end close, and identify process improvements to strengthen controls and reduce rework.

Design and operate AWS and Azure infrastructure, modernize operational workflows with AI and automation, build agentic/event-driven self-service platforms, automate identity and endpoint workflows, establish safe AI operational standards, and influence engineering teams with reusable components, observability, and metrics to reduce manual work and improve reliability.

Support corporate tax on U.S. domestic matters including compliance, tax provision, technical research, and written analysis. Prepare and review federal, state, and local returns, quarterly projections and REIT tests, respond to notices, and assist with special tax projects and documentation.

Lead Western Canada industrial and logistics development from land pursuit through entitlement, permitting, construction and handoff. Oversee project underwriting, budgeting, permitting strategies, contractor procurement, risk management and compliance. Manage and develop the regional development team, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and strengthen municipal, Indigenous and stakeholder relationships to deliver safe, on-time, cost-effective projects.
