You’ll work on a diverse portfolio of Europe-based events, from high-impact industry forums to innovation showcases, playing a central role in planning, coordination, and delivery. If you're a detail-obsessed planner with a flair for digital tools and a passion for strategy, let’s talk.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate end-to-end planning and execution of Europe-based events ensuring each event aligns with business objectives and brand positioning.
• Manage event budgets from development to reconciliation, providing accurate tracking, reporting, and ensuring expenditures deliver against ROI.
• Implement and optimize digital tools to streamline event operations, enhance attendee experience, and support data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate across internal teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and timely delivery at every event touchpoint.
• Manage third-party vendors and event agencies, overseeing RFP processes, contract negotiations, and performance delivery.
• Maintain and manage all essential documentation, including project plans, timelines, contact databases, and event debriefs.
• Coordinate event content and collateral creation in collaboration with internal teams.
• Evaluate event performance using KPIs and attendee feedback to deliver actionable insights and drive continuous improvement across future initiatives.
• Travel across Europe to coordinate on-site event execution, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure a seamless attendee experience.
• Provide executive support to the Head of Marketing Europe, including business travel and calendar coordination, and expense processing, as needed.

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience, ideally from an event agency or a global B2B organization.
• A passion for leveraging events to build brand influence, drive pipeline development, and strengthen the company's status as a thought leader.
• A strategic mindset with strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven expertise in sponsorship execution, vendor coordination, and contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build trust across cultures and seniority levels.
• Strong digital know-how: registration systems, analytics tools, CRM platforms.
• English fluency is a must. German or other European languages are a plus.
• Ability to travel frequently across Europe while remaining organized, and resourceful while working on the move.
