Maintain ATS records and workforce metrics, build relationships with schools and workforce agencies, and support employee relations, labor relations, HR initiatives, and continuous improvement. Deliver a professional candidate and employee experience while managing multiple priorities and confidential information.

Drives continuous improvement across manufacturing operations through CAPEX identification, process and 5S audits, Kaizen initiatives, OEE management, data analysis, and digital CI systems support.
