Lead day-to-day warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment: plan labor, oversee receiving/packing/shipping, manage inventory and cycle counts, execute work orders, track KPIs, train and coach staff, drive Lean/Kaizen improvements, and coordinate facility maintenance and contractors to ensure safe, efficient material flow.

The Electrical Specialist oversees new product development and transformer projects, guiding design engineers and supporting technical operations while ensuring compliance with standards and quality assurance.

Provide in-house legal support for Prolec-GE operations across multiple facilities, focusing on contract review and negotiation, compliance, training, and cross-functional coordination. Manage sales and post‑sale commercial contracts for power transformer products and services, maintain executed contract records, support company initiatives, and produce analyses and reports as needed.

This role involves executing electrical designs for transformers, reviewing design work, and collaborating with teams to ensure cost efficiency and reliability.

The Production Manager oversees manufacturing operations for power transformers, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met through effective leadership of teams and process improvements.

The Mechanical Programmer supports computer-aided design workflows in transformer design, focusing on automating processes, developing CAD extensions, and collaborating closely with engineering teams.

The Training Program Coordinator develops training programs and curriculums, collaborates with stakeholders, and assesses employee training needs to foster skill development.

The Sr. Electrical Design Engineer designs new products, improves existing designs, evaluates cost and reliability, and collaborates across teams to meet customer needs and industry standards.

The Operations Control Manager will optimize service operations through resource planning, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve business goals.

Lead and execute capital and infrastructure projects, ensuring operational continuity and managing cross-functional teams while overseeing budgets and timelines.

Two-year rotational program with four four-month rotations across first-line supervision, manufacturing engineering, lean/continuous improvement, quality/test engineering, and planning. Complete and present functional projects, support process optimization, capital projects, SPC, FMEA, Kaizen events, scheduling, and material planning while reporting to the Operations Manager.
