Design control schemes, schematics, ladder drawings, panel layouts and wiring diagrams for medium/large power transformers. Produce bills of materials, troubleshoot designs during manufacturing and testing, incorporate customer revisions, prepare mechanical documentation, research components, and coordinate with mechanical designers, manufacturing, customers and vendors.

Support Quality and Test Engineers by generating weekly non-conformance summaries, participating in root-cause analysis, developing quality processes, administering part sales/orders/quotes, and reviewing transformer warranty issues while learning quality and test engineering in a manufacturing environment.

The Electrical Specialist oversees new product development and transformer projects, guiding design engineers and supporting technical operations while ensuring compliance with standards and quality assurance.

Develop, coordinate, and deliver workforce training programs and curricula. Assess location-wide training needs, build external training partnerships, define progression metrics, verify skill requirements, and support instructors to improve employee productivity and performance.

Lead the Load Tap Changer (LTC) Center of Excellence: drive strategy, commercialization, technical leadership for LTC inspections/retrofits/maintenance, develop technician certification and training, support pricing/quotations, mentor field technicians, ensure safety/quality, and expand long-term utility service relationships.
