The Senior Sourcing Analyst manages sourcing and procurement processes, ensuring cost-effective material supply, developing supplier relationships, and optimizing inventory.

Perform month/quarter/year close tasks, maintain general ledger and reconciliations, prepare journal entries and financial reports, support budgeting, forecasting and annual plan processes, assist with audits, analyze operating results and monitor project revenue and shipments.

Lead the Load Tap Changer (LTC) Center of Excellence: drive strategy, commercialization, technical leadership for LTC inspections/retrofits/maintenance, develop technician certification and training, support pricing/quotations, mentor field technicians, ensure safety/quality, and expand long-term utility service relationships.
