Provides technical support and administration for corporate hardware, software, servers, workstations, networks, user accounts, permissions, licenses, and security updates. Maintains IT asset inventories, supports Microsoft 365 and business applications, evaluates system performance, assists with upgrades and integrations, documents processes, and mentors team members. The role also provides troubleshooting and technology support to internal teams, business users, customers, and facilities outside Dallas, with approximately 20% travel.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring-manager coordination, onboarding, orientations, and recruiting events. Maintain ATS records and workforce metrics, build relationships with schools and workforce agencies, and support employee relations, labor relations, HR initiatives, and continuous improvement. Deliver a professional candidate and employee experience while managing multiple priorities and confidential information.
