Leads site-wide training and workforce development, including onboarding, technical and operational training, safety compliance, certifications, leadership development, LMS administration, and continuous improvement. Partners with Operations, EHS, Quality, Engineering, and HR to identify skill gaps, maintain qualification records, support career pathways, and improve workforce capability in a manufacturing environment.

Manage multiple engineered transformer manufacturing projects from kickoff through closeout. Serve as the primary customer liaison, coordinate engineering, operations, logistics, suppliers, and service teams, resolve issues and conflicts, manage change orders, track schedules and milestones, and report project performance and financial health using SAP and Qlik. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.

Lead and coordinate internal teams and vendors to deliver capital and expansion projects on time, within scope and budget. Develop scopes, detailed project plans, allocate resources, manage changes and risks, track performance, maintain documentation, oversee project/manufacturing engineers, escalate issues, and manage stakeholder relationships while mentoring direct reports.
