Support daily assembly and machining operations on the shop floor (>70% time), troubleshoot production issues, drive Lean continuous improvement, maintain standardized work and production metrics, coordinate preventive maintenance and spare parts tracking, and support quality and safety investigations.

Manage end-to-end procurement for assigned commodities: sourcing, supplier selection and negotiation, purchase orders, inventory planning, and supplier performance. Use SAP/MRP to ensure material availability, drive cost reductions, support NPIs, and report key supply chain metrics while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Coordinate and deliver employee training programs, manage LMS and vendors, track training metrics and budgets, support HR initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, and cross-functional learning to build continuous learning culture.
